Stayed for two nights, and it was wonderful! The room was cozy, bed was comfy, and the buffet breakfast every morning was delicious. Huge props for the amount of gluten free options available! Hazel and the staff were also very lovely and helpful.

Great staff Nice room - an older hotel but nicely renovated Evening canapés and breakfast buffet were great. Pool nice and warm so we still went swimming in the winter rain

Excellent service from all staff. Could not fault their attention to detail. Always pleasant and helpful. Scott the concierge is always happy to help and a valuable asset to this hotel. Barista, bar staff and waiters/waitresses in the restaurant were professional and always present. Always happy. The service from the staff is what will always bring me back to this hotel.

Great location within walking distance of shops and Elizabeth Quay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean, large comfortable bed and breakfast had plenty of options - would definitely stay there again, could not fault this hotel.
