Everything was fine… only issue was parking for someone with limited mobility as there wasn’t a great deal of lighting in the dark from overflow car park.

Perfect location for Port Arthur visit. Carpark is somewhat pokey. Room was fine but couldnt help noticing the window & frame needed a good clean. Housekeeping ladies were lovely.

The rooms are a little run down. The location in regards to Port Arthur penal settlement is outstanding. All staff that I met were wonderful. Probably best described as budget accommodation where you pay a bit more for the excellent location.
