Great room really enjoyed my stay

Fantastic place to stay. All staff are wonderful and so helpful. Rooms super cute and cozy with everything you could need. Was a fantastic experience and very conveniently located. My one complaint is the showered are fantastic and the shower head is phenomenal however the regulation of the water was extremely annoying it kept going cold so I’d add hot water and then it would be too hot and happened every couple of seconds made shower not real great especially after being and the footy and getting soaked and freezing cold was looking forward to a hot shower and it was playing up big time. That’s my only negative everything else was spot on and we will be back!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were there for a short visit and the staff gave us plenty of tips for the tram, list of recommended restaurants etc. The location is 5 stars, right near 2 tram stops and plenty of space for Ubers to pull over. It's a lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of cafes within minutes for coffee and breakfast/lunch. The rooms were very clean and well presented. There is on-site laundry and gym. We loved our stay!

The room sizes are generous and comfortable. Staff excellent and helpful. Great location near to several public transport options and parking available. Good dining and grocery facilities nearby.

Big space in the rooms. We had some issues with the light in the room but the staff was very supportive and helped us to change to another room promptly. The service is good.

I recently stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment at Quest St Kilda for two weeks. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, and the room was clean. However, my stay was frustrating due to a lack of basic maintenance and dismissive customer service. I specifically booked my room type so that I would have in-room laundry facilities. Unfortunately, the dryer was broken. I reported this to the front desk on three or four separate occasions, but despite reassurances each time, nothing was done to fix the machine or offer a resolution during my entire stay. The plumbing was also incredibly inconsistent (I did not bring this up to the staff). The shower temperature constantly cycled between boiling and freezing, making showering a very unpleasant daily experience. Turning on another tap in the apartment guaranteed a temperature spike or drop, but the shower would also just cycle on its own regardless. Finally, a warning to anyone traveling for work who requires a tax receipt: if you book through Expedia they state that the hotel will provide the tax invoice at the end of your stay, but Quest claims Expedia has to issue it. To avoid getting caught in the middle, I brought this up early in my second week to get it resolved before leaving. I was told they needed to check with management. I followed up a few days later and was assured everything would be fine. Yet, at checkout, I was told they still needed to sort it out with management. Overall, good location but frustrating hotel

The room was spacious and very clean. Reception staff were fantastic and all other staff were always courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at Quest St Kilda for almost a week and it was a solid, no-frills option in a great location. The property is basic but clean, and the tram station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. The reception and cleaning staff were nice. While there aren't a lot of amenities, the small gym and laundry room was convenient for a longer stay like ours. The rooms aren't huge and can feel a little tight with two people, but for the location and the affordability compared to other options in the area, it's hard to complain. Overall, a decent and practical choice if you're after a clean, well-located base without the bells and whistles.

Overall great stay here, good location 2 tram stops right outside. Staff really helpful let us check in early and also janine helped me find my lost bracelet! There wasn’t much in the kitchen draws

I had a lovely stay here over Easter with my dog. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Really appreciate the pet-friendly service they offer.
