This was the best price we could find on the Southbank. We knew we would hardly be there , so weren’t looking for luxury. It seemed kind of sketchy when we first arrived, and I had my doubts. However, the linens were clean, it was very walkable to all the fun locations we wanted to see, it was great to do a quick load of laundry, and the staff was very nice. A good place for passing through.

I was overcharged by $220. They won’t refund that. Also now apparently they were giving away complimentary breakfast. I paid $50 for the breakfast.

There was whole in the wall. there was no mugs to make a coffee even though coffee making items were available. The curtains were hanging off their tracks. There was a large ceiling area being repaired. I booked 2 beds and got 1 and a sofa bed. I contacted the hotel via email but have no response. Basically overpriced by about $150. Won't return.
