Fast check in process and they upgraded our room to top floor. Great location, near to convenient store and souvenirs. 5 min walking to train station and bus station

Spacious room and great location ! There is a coles supermarket downstairs which is makes it easier if you need to buy any essentials. Also there are a lot of nearby restaurants, public transport such as train is just 5 min walk and bus stop is around the corner. Overall really a good place to stay in the city area.

We enjoyed our stay at Rydges World Square. We arrived early in the morning and the official check in time was not until 2 pm, but the hotel staff managed to get us our room ready earlier. We were allowed to check in to or room at 11 am, which was very helpful especially after coming out of a long flight. The hotel location was perfect, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Train station is just minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room we stayed in was a great size. Staff at reception were very helpful and pleasant, lots to do in the area. 5 minute walk to the train station which was perfect. Overall great location, room was so tidy and clean. Lots of towels in the bathroom so we never ran out. Would stay again

The hotel is about 2 blocks or so from the train station, so that was nice. The area is very noisy, so bring a sound machine if you want to sleep. The bathroom is outdated and all the water from the shower gets all over the floor. No shelves in the shower for any toiletries. Our stay did come with breakfast, so that’s a plus, but it’s busy so plan accordingly.

Rooms are great and spacious but a little dark that can’t be helped with all the other high rise buildings around. Cider bar on site was amazing with great cocktails. Staff during check in were very friendly and welcoming.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were excellent and attentive to my needs. The only negatives are for some reason the window of my room was opened on my arrival and some of the towels are not as clean as I would like them to be. Despite this, I will still recommend this hotel for as convivence of location and excellent staffs.

After staying in countless hotels over the years, this is by far one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had.
To start with, no bottled water was provided in the room — something I’ve never encountered in any hotel before, regardless of star rating. The soundproofing was virtually nonexistent; I was kept awake throughout the night by constant noise from outside and other rooms.
The air conditioning unit was loud, inefficient, and barely functional, making the room uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were poorly sealed, allowing in drafts and more noise.
Overall, it was an incredibly unpleasant stay, and I will absolutely never return. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and restful experience.

I love the blackout blinds they have here. Brilliant when travelling across time zones and getting a good long sleep when the sun is shining. Beware, this is a very tricky part of the city to try and park and it's very expensive. The hotel does offer a valet service for a charge, but if possible, you'll want to Uber or take the train. Hotel is only a block from Museum train station, so very easy to get to by rail.

Arrived early and asked if any chance of early access to room. Told room was ready but would have to pay $50 extra to check in early or $30 in an hours time. Declined. Went to check bags in to be held at concierge who then delivered them straight to room. Haven’t been charged for early check in before.
Room was cleaned next day while we were out but they did not take away dirty cups and glasses and provide clean ones.
One lift not working so long wait each day.
Location was excellent, very close to Town Hall.

A warm welcome from a friendly and cheerful reception was a good start to our stay in this centrally located hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby was spacious and had a bar and a restaurant. We had dinner at the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the attentive friendly service and tasty dishes. The hotel is well located with public transport close by and a wide selection of restaurants nearby, Chinatown, the Capitol Thearte and the Central Railway station are all within walking distance.
