Recently refurbished, it was really on par with the better accommodation in Townsville. Lovely room, modern, eye pleasing decor, the bed & pillows so soft & comfy, an excellent fridge, pod machine, microwave, pressured shower & daily room service! Just loved it! Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our 1-night stay. The room exceeded our expectations - newly renovated - clean, comfortable, cosy! Very comfortable beds.
Kids used a tennis court and a swimming pool in the morning - lots of fun! Beautiful gardens around. Thank you. We will be back.

Basic clean room which was sufficient for our stay. Booking included continental breakfast and despite being a family of 3 and staying in a room which would accommodate 4 people, we were advised on our second day that breakfast was only included for 2 people and there would be a charge of $12 for our 7 year old. Interestingly we were not charged this fee on any of the other 3 days that we had breakfast. Couldn't locate anything within the booking information which indicated breakfast was only for 2 people.

Lovely room. Was a crack in the vanity basin that you could cut your hand on. Exposed wires on the extraction fan in the bathroom. Lovely coffee machine and super comfy beds for both us and the children.

I booked for our wedding anniversary because we had been there before and it was great. This time the restaurant and bar was closed. We’re not told that when booking and weren’t told when we arrived.
Just would have been nice to know for planning. We would have stayed somewhere else if we knew. So when it came to dinner time we ended up with pizza delivery.

The pool is green and has resulted
In ear infections both husband and son currently in hospital getting treated.
Xmas eve we had people partying until 4am and no one from reception answered calls for complaints. This was great timing as Santa found hard to come!!

This property is very over priced and over rated it is so run down, we were severely disappointed especially as someone who stayed there many years ago and was nice place. The pool was green even after it was “fixed” they shouldn’t have allowed people swim in it, breakfast was decent. When we arrived there was no a/c or tv remotes anywhere, the restaurant wasn’t open the days we stayed there and the pool was out of action… the outside areas so in need of maintenance but the rooms were decent with the exception of the bathroom.

This is a hidden gem. Having a bar and restaurant on site was convenient, and there was a duo playing great musice until 8pm. Will stay there again
