We always stay here when visiting Sydney. Easy parking for a large vehicle at the Concourse, fabulous shopping and Asian food choices. Only complaint was the loo paper, cheap rubbish!

Opposite to Chatswood Chase shopping center and 3 minutes walk from Westfield, it’s the best location you can expect. Staffs are friendly. Room is nice and clean. Everything is great.

Great location, close to malls, the concourse and public transportation. spacious room (studio). Nice staff. They offered fresh coffee in the morning which was nice. I also liked that they had complimentary ad-free movies. One small negative that wasn’t worth deducting a star over- the elevators had a bad smell. Would definitely recommend if you have business in chatswood.

Great stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy parking. Friend and I were upgraded to suite which was terrific. Quiet and comfortable room. Spotlessly clean. Great location. Close to shopping centre, cafes, restaurants and public transport.

Such a great spot! We were there for a surgery at Chatswood Private, and the silkari was the perfect location! Check in was a breeze and the team was lovely! Directly across from Chatswood Chase shopping centre, and only a few minutes walk to Westfields. The suite was perfect for us. Kitchen was reasonably equipped, enough for a short stay. The 2nd bedroom door was a sliding frosted glass, not ideal if the person needs a dark room, but our toddler was fine. The bathrooms are very spacious. Showerheads are pretty intense, but I do prefer a rain showerhead! Very clean room and hotel in general. The daily complimentary coffee in the morning was so very appreciated!
