It was really amazing.

Our guesthouse apartment (#5, top floor) was very nicely built. clean, and spacious. It is right in the center of the small town of Alpbach. Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc. The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. I got a E20 ticket for parking outside on the street in a parking zone. We were promised a free local access card. Our landlady offered that to us on the afternoon of the day before we left. The ad said there was laundry but you have to ask for it as it's not in the apartment. A workman came into the apartment with no notification one afternoon to tinker with the wifi. There was a dishwasher in the apartment but no soap to use.

Beautiful village set amongst stunning mountain scenery. The local community were warm and welcoming and there was a great traditional Tyrollean atmosphere in all the restaurants.

I don't have enough words to say about Gastehaus Schneider. It felt as if we were at home. Superb hospitality and condition, and cleanliness, and location. We will definitely come back.

Hotel is centrally located in Alpbach. Room interiors have a nice and warm feeling due to the extensive use of wood. Terrific view of the mountains and valley from the room. Owners are extremely nice, helpful, knowledgeable about the neighborhood and committed to quality. You get real hospitality here which is priceless. Breakfast is rich and lots of options for people with varied dietary restrictions (I am a vegetarian and had a feast). Car is not needed - you get a card which allows you to travel in the Tirol region for free.

We were met by a lovely young lady who explained that we would be staying in the end house, again met by a lady who led us to the room, the only word for this area would be breathtaking!! Please go and enjoy your stay as we did!

After over 23 years of traveling and being very demanding; this is the best experience overall. Gitti, the owner, is out of this world! Go here if you want a worry free and perfect time!!!!!

As told about the conference at the hotel that we booked, we're offered a room at another hotel nearby. The room(we booked for 3 persons) is spacious and with a small open kitchen, a dishwasher and fridge which are better than we expect. The surroundings are great with beautiful houses and mountain scene. There is a nice restaurant in another hotel nearby. The host is nice. Besides, a free Alpbachtal Seenland Card is issued for each person to enjoy free rides on cable cars and free admission to museums in the region during our stay.

Fabulous facility in a beautiful location. The hostess could not have been friendlier or more helpful. A top experience, I can highly recommend this venue.

Really enjoyed the stay, staff were excellent and attentive. A nice alpine feel about the hotel and resort, rooms were quiet and beds were super comfy, had a great nights sleep. Returning again for late spring to see the alpine meadows.

I was only in town for one night but will definitely be back. The town is absolutely beautiful and the Inn Keeper is wonderful. It also had the fastest Wifi that I experienced in Austria or Germany

This guesthouse is conveniently located in front of the village's simbolic church, very close to bus stop from nearby train station Brixlegg. The apartment I stayed for 5 nights was almost brand new, spotless, and had everything-you-need for comfortable stay. The owner Gitti (and her staff )welcomed guests with authentic Tirolian way of hospitality and professionalism. She provided the guests with tips where to go and what to do in its neighboring villages! I strongly recommend this place to rest your sore bodies after a long hiking/skiing day!

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft. Sehr sauber, sehr nett eingerichtet. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Inhaberin war nett und feundlich. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Weg der Besinnung. Hier kann man wunderbar entspannen. Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder.
