Pretty close to the center and not on the busy area. I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast has a lot of variety

Lovely old art deco hotel with a gorgeous breakfast. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Blue route for Vienna tour stops outside so convenient for tourists! Only fault was that the shower was quite low for my tall husband

First time in Wien. Happy with the choice. Family room was spacious, clean, facing main street. Breakfast was excellent.

Hotel was good, very convenient to walk to the city center. I probably chose the smallest room available (with a weird configuration), so I would not make that mistake again.

Excellent location, easy acccess to transportation. Excellent breakfast.

Staff was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Very nice Breakfast Buffet. Rooms are fairly small but quiet and well appointed.

Great location, friendly staff

The hotel is a little dated and you get a big chunky key. Once you get over the aged hotel... everything is good! The linens were clean and crisp and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. The front desk team was extremely helpful. Everyday there is a new cake for you to take a piece. The location is outside of where the major site seeing is, but the subway station is very close and you can get everywhere.

Staff super helpful (I had a noisy neighbour which was dealt with immediately). Asked for ice and received it. Rooms use keys not cards which is a bit old fashioned but works - only downside is the heavy doors banging shut. Walls pretty thin so guest noise unavoidable but no outside street noise at all. Room was great - decent size and everything worked well including the wifi. Tv location was odd - sort of in a corner so you could not sit and watch directly - only at an angle. May be different in other rooms. Not loads of storage space in the room - I big wardrobe but it was enough. A digital safe was also included in the wardrobe. Location was superb - a couple of minutes to the subway, 10 or so walking to Stephenplatz. Supermarket literally next door and excellent asian restaurant the other side. Bike station a short walk away which I found to be very cheap and convenient. Lots of cycle lanes. Vegan burger joint just across the canal - wide range of burgers/fries ALL vegan which was a (welcome) surprise for me anyway to find in Vienna! Breakfast was included but I prefer to find my own so can't comment on this. Very hard to find fault with his hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
