Room was large, modern and very comfortable.

Don’t let the price fool you, it’s one of the best dollar value for the service and hospitality. From the moment we checked in, the service was consistent and friendly, notably people we interacted with most frequently was helpful, informative and efficient: Daniel and Brooke - kudos to them for their quality service! (This does not dismiss the fact that all the staff here, front of house and the housekeeping folks are consistent and wonderful). Thanks again for such a wonderful experience in Vienna, and also in the diverse and colorful neighborhood of Meidling.

Very conveniently located (10 minutes from the tube station). The entrance might not look like much but the inside was perfect. Kettle and coffee sachets are provided but no milk so bring your own if you can. There’s an Aldi (called Hofer) where we got water and anything we needed before going to the town centre. The station nearby (Schönbrunn) was just a few stops from Kalrsplatz where the main attractions are. We had diner twice at a local restaurant called Pizzeria Ancora. It looks very shabby and the interior is very poor but the pizzas were very yum and the four of us could leave with a belly full for £30!

Very good property.location was good. Coffee cup was not clean. Yellow stains on it. Kitchen lights was not on.

The customer service was excellent, the location was close to food and transport and to the nearby run down neglected Schoenbrunn Palace. I did not sleep well for 3 nights. The day i arrived was 39 degrees, the room was an uncomfortable 33 degrees overnight. The next two nights it was 31 degrees using an additional fan. The curtain was hanging off the track letting the light in. The sheers were not wide enough for the window. The blockout did not fit the window in length and was not wide enough for the window to the left. The fitted sheet was a winter fabric, not cotton, making it unnecessarily warmer. The traffic noise made it difficult to sleep with the single glaze window open or closed. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay. I would not recommend it.

The hotel's location was quiet and peaceful, with nothing disturbing at all. Overall, I'd say it's a good value-for-money hotel. The hotel's breakfast was good, a buffet, and the price was economical compared to outside cafes or restaurants, provided they continue to offer the same service. Cleanliness could have been better. The sheets weren't changed, but the towels were replaced regularly.

Nice property, but parking is a tad away. Room was warm to hot with no A/C and had to request an additional fan which they promptly provided. Other than that, good place. Didn't try breakfast since it was additional cost, and preferred to check out interesting alternate options in downtown.

Good location. Great rooms. Not sure about AC in the room. Didn’t need it but wasn’t installed properly.

Good food around the hotel. All the attractions are easily accessible through the subway. Great place to stay!

The pace was dirty, there were holes on the wall, the tv did not have remote, the door was not secured, the hallways smelled like food, the elevator did not go to my room’s floors. More like a bad motel!

This hotel wasn’t in a busy area or located near any monuments, but the room was big for European standards, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were the stars of the property they really made you feel like royalty. I think this place deserves at least 4 stars. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great too. Very happy with my stay here.

This was a shock for us when we got to the so called 4* hotel - walking in it looks more like a pension or a motel. The rooms are nice but BeWARE there is no AC. It is not clear when we booked it. For a 4Star hotel we would expect that would be declared in the booking for the summer months when it is warm We asked for at least one night refund cos we didn’t stay at all in the hotel (booked for 2) and was denied. We had to book another hotel in the last minute at a much higher price. And that included breakfast in the new place Also this place does not include breakfast As there is no ac one had to leave windows open to it is a bit noisy Abit dodgy I would say

Hotel is in a convenient location, short walk from the metro and bus stop just at the opposite corner. A couple of food places on the same street too. On the whole the hotel would need some refurbishment but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only drawback is that rooms are without a/c and in August is was quite hot. Fans are provided but it would have been more comfortable with a/c. At night, after the reception is closed and in case the door is closed a code is left on the door with access to anyone. I would be a better solution to share that code with the guests at check-in. This makes the place even safer for the guests.

a good-sized room with two big open-able windows that allow fresh air through is very nice. Thanks.

Impossible to get hold off. Interesting we are getting this message as we have been writing to advise to cancel our reservation with no response. We have tried many phone numbers but they don’t go through.

Hotel was fine breakfast was good area around hotel was quite rundown
