Lovely hotel, friendly and efficient service. Quiet comfortable room. Bathroom had been recently refurbished and was excellent. Good restaurant for breakfast and evening meals. Highly recommended.

Car park just around the corner and an easy 10 minute walk to central Salzburg. Slightly confusing having 2 reception desks and lifts, but staff were all lovely. Room was good for us as a family with 2 teenagers.

My room was recently renovated and was quite nice. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. My only “complaint” would be I wish the bedding was a bit nicer. The duvet wasn’t as cozy and fluffy as most hotels. Other than that, great stay and would happily come back!

Good location. Short walk from train station, 20 min walk from hotel to the old city. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Travelled with an infant.

It is a OK hotel with necessary amenities with a decent restaurant that attracts tourists and locals. The problem is the location. You need to have a 10 mins walk from the train and bus central stations. The nearest bus stop is also two blocks away and no much attractions and restaurants nearby. Others for an EU hotel are acceptable. If you want to go Austrian lake villages, it is better to stay closer to bus station. If you want to reflex in the city for days, stay closer to the old town.
