Hotel is not Ski in and out. 70s decor Unfriendly, unpolite host Food felt cheap to the price we paid overall

Good staff. Attention to detail high. High standard of cleanliness. Food at a solid standard. Public areas incl. pool and sauna well-kept. Beds are cheap and uncomfortable (mattress quality very poor). Guest rooms are basic.

The hotel is well decorated, and the food on the bed breakfast and dinner package was absolutely fantastic, with the normal breakfasts but with things like smoked salmon added for real luxury. The bedrooms are quite basic but clean and comfortable, and you don’t go to Saint Anton to sit in your room. The restaurant is amazing. I did not use the pool and sauna, but other guests told me they were lovely

The the half board meals at breakfast and the dinner were very good and the sauna and swimming pool are very well presented.

Kitchen manager was really rude, and disrespectful

Not all the stuff members were very friendly. Also sauna and pool are located on different floors without being even connected. No towels at pool area. Very poor food selection at breakfast.

Brilliant hotel with great facilities. Great staff, always friendly and helpful. 10 to 15 minute walk up hill from the town centre, but there is a shuttle bus.

Rude staff, poor quality amenities. Not a 4 star hotel.

location is good, but a 10 min walk up a slight hill at the end of the day or a 9 euro taxi. Views are great from most of the rooms ( non road facing) road is very quiet so no issues there. Staff were excellent. Food was very good and that includes breakfast. Remember t9o bring indoor shoes for the sauna and a means of getting there ( robe?). Could not fault the hotel.

We booked late and this was the only one available. For good reason. Miles from the lifts and rude staff mediocre food. Got the feeling they would rather be farming than putting up with pesky guests who are paying a fortune to stay with them. Much better options elsewhere

Good traditional Classic smart Austrian decor within the hotel. We were at the last 6 days of the season so it was not was not busy. The staff were helpful,but obviously some were weary from the long season . A Very good breakfast , but the dinner was rather disappointing .some strange starters. A few niggles I asked for massage ,as advertised, and was told the massues had left to have a baby, and it was not their fault they had no one.? I would have thought that could have been anticipated The free parking is a bus ride up the road. Not ideal. we had a hire car, and as a non skier needed to use it daily. The bar and diiner and soft drinks are very expensive but its not a cheap resort. I needed to ask for thicker mattres which was brought immediately. the sun terrace was closed for the season? I was grudgingly offered two plastic green chairs out the back where the staff sit fora break by the laundry room ! I would go back again , but perhaps not without a car as the walk to the ski lift is 20 mins back up hill fron thre Galtzig bahn./Rendl . the hotel has a free mini bus to run you up and down. i would imagne this is a bit difficult at peak seaon.with a full house of skiers. nice hotel and i woud recomend inspite of a few end of season grumbles . I looked at teh apartments they have for families which are on the 4 th floor , and family rooms and they are really spacious with lounges , and seperate twin bedroms.

Great stay in a lovely hotel 10 mins walk to bottom of lifts, free hotel shuttle service and local (free) bus stop just outside.

Short break, booked a single room but got a double at no extra charge. Staff excellent as was the food. Definitely recommend.
