Good value for money if you are traveling without a car. Parking my car in the garage under the hotel added €15 per day to the bill. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Room was comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower.
One big gripe -- my wife and I like to sit up in bed and work on our computers, and we also like to charge our mobile phones beside the bed each night. There are no power outlets near the bed -- there was only one in the whole room -- in a corner of a wall opposite the bed. Luckily, I carry an extension cord and several power boards with me but that meant we had cables all over the floor -- a tripping hazard!

Stayed 1 week. The room was generally clean and well-maintained, except for the fact that the shower was not working on Wednesday. There were no other significant issues. Chair is not so good but still usable. Very good breakfast. Proximity to supermarket.

Great Location & Breakfast, But Rooms Are Small
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my trip to Vienna. The location is excellent—close to a subway station, which makes getting around the city very convenient, especially for tourists. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety and quality.
The rooms, however, were on the smaller side, and there were occasional issues with the air conditioning. Despite that, the convenience of the location and the great breakfast made up for it. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Vienna.

On check in receptionist told me he can not give me receipt because I booked on expedia?, although I told him I chose to pay at property.He told me it is already payed and I should write to expedia for receipt?.Room was ok, but light above bed was not in function, so you can turn the light on or off only at door switch. Tomorrow morning I had to ask again another receptionist for receipt and he gave me receipt with no problem at all.

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, did not have our rooms cleaned once. Basic supplies like toiletries/hair dryer/fridge/kettle etc. have not been provided.
Staff was nice and friendly, but overall poor experience, won't stay there again.

OK for a night or two, definitely NOT OK for anything longer. No amenities to speak of (this IS a budget hotel), remember you get what you pay for. Breakfast is 11 EUROS/day, but there's no variation--it's the SAME THING EVERY DAY (gets old...) Also, not much around n the way of restaurants, just grocery stores.
