Lots of attractions for kids, rooms a bit small, but ok. Staff very friendly. Close to mountains and next to cable car 🚡. Lots of free parking spaces. Hotel offers free access to local transport links like busses or trains to Innsbruck, so you can leave the car in the hotel and travel by train to Innsbruck. Inside the hotel there's also train tunnel museum which is interesting and free. Food was quite nice too. Would recommend.

My only complaint was that there was not a mini refrigerator in the room. I had bought some expensive cheese in Rome and was unable to keep it due to this. Wonderful staff and I like that they hire mentally challenged people to help with the kitchen.

The staff were very friendly and the location was very convenient. The room itself was okay but the breakfast buffet had flies sitting on the cheese and cold meats (no doubt they were probably touring the whole buffet) which really brought down our view of the cleanliness of the hotel

Tired from driving all day we needed to rest and found this hotel nearby.
As there is no air-conditioning we paid extra for a room with a terrace. It was so hot we slept with the window and door fully open all night. I cant imagine how hot the rooms without a terrace must have been.
Nextdoors screaming toddler woke us before 7am so we didnt get much sleep.
Nice enough hotel but not recommended for hot days/nights
