Staff was great. So helpful figuring out check-in and laundry. Laundry is cash/card and about 5.50eu/Cad per load was and same to dry. Drying takes a long time as dryers don’t do a full dry it seems but staff was helpful and then also rooms have a drying rack to finish things off. Rooms are clean and tidy. No housekeeping staff so you grab extra towels/amenities as you need. Lots of spaces to connect - pool tables, tables with chess boards, lots of nice spaces. When we were staying a school class seemed to be there so we weren’t able to use the games room as it was very busy but did a work out in their little gym and grabbed pizzas from their partner restaurant and it was fantastic! Would visit again. Apartment was all expected and more. Also very quiet and peaceful.

A really unique and well presented hotel. Great facilities. Comfortable apartment with kettle etc but also hairdryer/iron & ironing board!! Just outside are the bus/tram stops (number 62) to take you directly into the centre of the city. You don't have any disturbing noise either considering they are so close. All of the staff have been polite, helpful and friendly. Free coffee/tea facilities in the foyer are an extra bonus. Should we ever visit this beautiful city again we will stay here.

The hotel was mostly wonderful save for a couple of small points. Staff were great and super Room was large and interesting layout. There were also features to the hotel we didn't use such as kitchen space and laundry room which were great they had The ceiling above the bedroom was a little low - and the air con could be loud at night Breakfast was provided at a restaurant up the street. Breads, hams, cheeses, etc all pretty good They also had a deal with a bar on the street which ws cool Unfortunately on the last night, possibly due to the weather, the hotel room did get visited by a lot of ants - BUT - the staff were both apologetic and super helpful about it.

Greta security and gear apartments. Staff were not friendly and were reluctant to help.

Great service

The staff are friendly. Clean room and have a billard room and game room where you can you 24/7. The place is near on public transport connect to the city and near to the airports. Room is air conditioned which is very nice on summer.Highly recommended

There was a massive bug in the room and the beds were filthy. The staffs were friendly and it was easy to check-in. Modern interior with a balcony was good.

Couldn’t figure out the air conditioning. But the room was very nice and the staff was helpful.

Very funky hotel. Very clean. Large spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. No 62 tram in front of the hotel takes you straight into the centre of Vienna and we walked (about 25 mins) to the zoo and Schönbrunn Palace. Thank you.

Terrible for the price.

AC did not work at all I suspect because the filter was filthy (you can see it from above) , even with the huge window wide open the sleeping loft was too hot. Also the ceiling in the loft is about 180 cm. The shower was too small and the handle to control the temperature sticks way out into the shower space so you accidentally bump it and burn/freeze yourself easily. Even if you don’t hit it by accident, someone else in the building will flush or turn on a shower and it will drastically change the temperatures of your shower (I assume, unless it is truly random). The sink also did not drain at all. I moved the bed to plug in my charger and there was a bandaid there, the beds are designed so if you drop something below it you will need three people to retrieve it, it had only about 3 cm space that I couldn’t even fit my fingers under. Overall the room was very pretty but they spent too much on form and forgot about function. The room is not comfortable and is not worth the price. Better off with a chain hotel like Marriott or Hilton than this place. I could swear I bought breakfast through Expedia but they didn’t have record of it (I received “how was your breakfast” email every day) but if i wasn’t charged for it I am glad. 18 euros for subpar food in crowded dining area, had to wait 5 minutes just for more clean silverware to come out. Limited hot food. If you do stay here it’s better to take the Bus 5 minutes to the train station and eat at McDonald’s or a cafe.

The room was big enough for 2. Clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to access to the public transports. Only downside was our room was the end of the bilding which is next to the train rails. The trains were running every 5 minutes from early morning to very late night. The noises are quite distinctive.

The place was perfect i just didn’t like the location.
