We arrived early in the day and our room was ready when we arrived. The room was simple and clean. Three of us stayed in the room, and there was only one bed. There was ample space within the room to set up my son's travel air mattress on the floor next to the bed. They left us an extra set of sheets and blankets to use on the air mattress. The included breakfast buffet was a big hit with all but the vegan member of our family (there wasn't anything for the vegan to eat). The location, just steps from the central train station, was great for our stay in Vienna. Note that it took awhile to walk to the closest subway station -- since it required walking through the full central train station to get to it.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, and the location was perfect. So close to the main train station, and to connections on the tram and the Subway.

We stayed here because we wanted to be close to the train station, and it ended up being a super convenient place to stay. Also, the room was good and staff were very friendly!

Bare room. Seems more like a hostel than a hotel. No water, no glasses, no tea, no coffee, absolutely nothing other than half a duvet and only one pillow! No body wash, no conditioner. I’m only glad that there was Toilet paper.

The reception is terrible and extremely rude. There was a long line and just one check in counter. When I asked when the other counter would open, I was snapped back by an Indian girl ( or at least I think she is) at the reception. Clearly a case of internalized racism. Will never come back here again. I do want to highlight that there was this gentleman named William at the reception and he works night shift. He knows customer service and I think the rest of the staff at the reception could learn from him.

When I checked in, they didn’t provide essential information like the Wi-Fi password. Then I had issues with the Wi-Fi in the afternoon and evening. It’s a very bare bones place. There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower.

The proximity to various public transport lines was extremely conveniant. As well, the breakfast buffet was exceptional - lots of options as well as various organic and fresh produce.
My only point of criticism would be the lack of closets in the room to hang our clothes. However, I will very much be reserving here next time we are in Vienna. Thank you for a wonderful stay! :)

very basic hotel. ideal if you only need to stay for 1-2nights. they will only clean the room after the 3rd night(4th day). we stayed for 5 days/4 nights but our room floor was not vacuumed/cleaned during the whole stay. bed sheets was not changed, only made on the 4th day.. location is good as it is walking distance from main train station.

Great place to stay while stopping in Vienna if you want to stay closer to the train station- super convenient location and only a few minute walk from the terminals. There are always several Lime scooters around because of the station so it’s super easy to grab one and gooo! There was slight disappointment at first when I realized there was no coffee maker in the room itself, but that was quickly remedied as they have one of those fancy coffee makers with a bunch of options down in the breakfast area. Staff was super friendly and helpful 10/10 for them. Overall clean, and convenient location with wonderful staff.
