Great room, 6th for corner as requested with a nice view. Windows open for fresh air, very clean and well equipped.

Fabulous hotel. Over the road from the train station, 20min walk into the old town. Very friendly staff, unfortunately didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked us in, but she was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, good breakfast, great location. Would highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson in Graz very much. A very clean room, easy access from the train station, and an extremely friendly staff made our stay a pleasant one.

Nice stay in Vienna, lovely rooms with the most comfortable beds

When I arrived the lady on reception was very blunt, I couldn’t check in - which was ok - so I left my bag and checked in later, my room smelt of cigarettes, to be fair they changed it no issue, by now 2 very friendly staff on the desk, but the cleaners must have known / informed reception! My room was ‘ok’ bed clean and comfortable, and shower good, but my glasses on my hospitality tray were stuck down/sticky, and one of them was clearly dirty, which made me think what else was! But what really frustrated me, I am a single solo female traveller, I do a lot of research on hotels, this was a 20 minute walk from the old town which I was aware of, but the hotel had a bar and restaurant, and after a full day out I like to eat in the hotel and have a few drinks in the bar so I am not out and about in the dark! However the hotel restaurant and bar were closed, I was really frustrated, and cannot believe that a 4* hotel like the Radisson wouldn’t message those with bookings and explain that! I ended up with a takeaway in my room and little bottle of wine from the spar! Not how I wanted to spend my evening , I was not impressed!

This was a perfect spot if arriving by train, literally across the street. A 20 minute walk to the town square. A little out of the way so it’s very quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean and very nice, I would stay here again

Good location. Close to the main station and an easy walk into old town and out to Eggenberg Palace

Great Hotel and staff

Conveniently located near the train station and the Annenstrasse tram line (currently bus line while the last stage of modernization is occuring). The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Gym had a great view of the valley. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated having a decent sized desk to work at.

Was there on a tragic news day; I needed a little hand holding while staff was friendly and supportive and professional. VERY comfortable room/stay

Great location, Clean room, Friendly staff. Near Graz hbf walkable. Clean spacious room. Check in process was great with friendly staff - both the young lady and young guy were friendly and chatty. Great experience.

Close to train station, clean, upscale.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening, which is located in the city center. We drove into their underground parking garage, which was closed off with a barrier. After ringing the bell, someone came out and told us there were no parking spaces available, and suggested we park in the nearby Billa supermarket parking lot. Unfortunately, our car didn’t fit there. We started driving around the area, but it was full of sketchy-looking homeless people, and we couldn’t find a single available parking spot. We returned to the hotel and explained the situation, but they offered no help whatsoever. As a result, I had to cancel the booking because there was simply nowhere safe to leave our car. Of course, Expedia didn’t refund us, and neither did the hotel — now I’ll have to turn to my bank to try to recover the money. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU’RE TRAVELING BY CAR!

I loved staying at this hotel. It’s very cosy, warm and comfortable. It’s a 30 minute walk to the city center and a 4 minute walk to the main train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for having me.

Super service from front desk.

Recently completed hotel within a 15-20 min walk of city centre and well located for the main station. We stayed in 2 interconnected rooms but there were quite a few small issues with our room including no towels , loose exposed electrical wiring for lighting in a bathroom, and a disabled toilet which wasn’t the most appropriate for children. However in general the condition is very good although I did think one of the rooms was quite cramped. The staff at reception were friendly on arrival but the city tax was twice the level that had been quoted by Expedia. We also had issues with staff questioning whether we had booked for breakfast which we had paid extra for. This might be an Expedia issue but I felt the staff could have dealt with matters in a more friendly and less hostile way.
