We had a good stay at Villa Elisa. The bus stop is right in front of the building and getting to old town was a breeze. There's also a very nice kebab stand right around nearby. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Villa Elisa could not have been better! They communicate well, the staff was extremely helpful, and the location was perfect. There is a bus stop literally right in front of the hotel, and they provide you with a guest mobility pass to have unlimited use of public transportation while you are there. In addition, unlike many hotels, the room is very large and they provide everything you need in the kitchen. Our family has people in ages ranging from teenager to senior citizen, and we all agreed it was a perfect spot to stay. If we go back to Salzburg, we would 100% stay here again!

They upgraded our stay and we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that could have accommodated 10 people. We had a comfortable, clean and excellent stay! Would recommend for value and easily walkable to everywhere you may want to visit in Salzburg!

The location was near the main train station and the nearby bus stop made transportation much easier. Super love the location.
The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, but do note there was no dishwasher. It was a small matter but would have been great to have one.
The laundry service was useful. It was €5 for each washing and each drying. Had to be careful in following the instructions. Ended up paying an extra €5 and the wash did not start. Informed the reception and they apologised for it that the money cannot be refund. Good attitude even though we couldn’t get the money back.
The reception lady was very helpful by giving us a map and recommending the walking route.
Definitely will stay here again!

An affordable accommodation that was boutique and well positioned to the train. Because of the location, it felt more like we were locals. It was a slight bit further from the majority of touristy sights in the Mozart Square area, but with the included guest mobility pass, and ease to get places on the bus, it was an excellent affordable option.

I would certainly stay here again! My husband and 2 teens had a great time. The room was very spacious with lots of windows. We were lucky to be in an apartment that had a view of the fortress. The front desk staff was always very helpful and had great recommendations for us. The breakfast option would be something i would get again with wonderful options. It was so nice to be a short 5 min walk to the train station and all the transit options there. A fantastic stay.

We picked this hotel because it was a short walk from the train station. It was very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. It’s about a 20-25 minute walk to old town but easy to catch the bus since the stop is located right in front of the hotel. Very happy with our stay in Salzburg!

Property was small and clean. They provided local transportation free of charge with our stay. The hotel is walkable to main train station (maybe 4-5 blocks). Walked to Old Town 1 time. Then decided to take transport to Old Town for the rest of our stay. It was not hard to navigate. Room was small as we needed the sofa bed in main room, so that took up additional seating. However, kitchenette, coffee and refrigerator were nice to have. No washer / dryer in unit, but there was a laundry room (for a charge) outside near parking lot.

This property was very clean, bright, and in good condition. But it is EXTREMELY basic and not the most comfortable. I didn't like that there were no paper towels available for cleaning, we were given a TINY sponge for dishes, we only had two dish towels to use, you couldn't ask for a new towel without paying $5 for each one, and each clothes wash was $5, with an additional $5 to dry for just one load. The kitchen offerings wouldn't be bad if it were just two people, but we had five. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Old Town.

They have a washer onsite. It is 5euro a load. It kept timing out while I was trying to pay to use it. Even though it timed out, I was still charged. 50 euro later, I only received 10 euro worth of services. I spoke to the lady at the front desk who called her boss. He said it was my problem because I don’t speak the language. I paid a lot of money to stay for 3 nights. I would expect a little better treatment.
