Excellent welcome and outstanding service from Ayaub at Reception, who went beyond the call of duty after his shift had ended, by walking with me to find my car which I had previously abandoned after misdirection by satnav on arrival in Monschau. Good value accommodation in a well-appointed hotel.

Nice hotel nice staff good pool. No fridge and thin walls were only draw backs. Would stay again.

This hotel is a large standard hotel in a fabulous position to explore Monschau and the surrounding area. Car park is a huge bonus.
Our room was on the 5th floor. A reasonable size, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Would return if in the area.

My stay at Achat Hotel was wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, well-equipped the Wi-Fi was reliable the German and Moroccan staff was incredibly welcoming friendly attentive and helpful. I appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely consider staying here again. Thank you Ismail and Pitra and all members I will never forget the receptionist staff also very helpful I came in late at night and they opened the door and helped me look for a rental car. So Achat Hotel exceeded my expectations. You will never ever regret the location between beautiful mountains and river don't hesitate for visit such quite place like this.
