We had to book this hotel as original hotel was horrendous. On arrival was met by a loveky gentleman who was extremely helpful hotel rooms was very big and comfortable. Will definitely be staying again

Large and comfortable room, great bathroom, clean and wide . Separate WC room which very handy when you are sharing the room. Large bed was very confortable. Very good hotel - you do need a car, it is not close to any stores or restaurants.

Very nice hotel which I would definitely stay at if passing through this area again. Room was kindly upgraded to a Suite which was amazing and would recommend to any family who may be looking to stay in the area. Wonderful games room and honesty bar at sensible pricing. Casino next door to the hotel if you wanted to try your luck just take your passport and sign up and also get the chance to have a go on the Free Spin the Wheel to win prizes.
Only downside I would say is that the Casino did not have a menu in English and also based on UK prices I thought looked high from what I could make out. The town however is around a 30 minute walk away should you want other choices.
Overall though would highly recommend and I do hope to stay again in the future.

Nice welcome and well appointed rooms. But, I did specifically search for a hotel with a pool and this one popped-up in the search results, however there is no pool at this hotel. There is a public pool next door. As nice as the public pool is, it is full of people, it costs extra (I think we paid about €30 for a family) and you can't just chill and relax by the pool while your kids swim and play - which is what we were looking for. Same with the spa, I am pretty sure there is no spa here, it is in the public swimming pool next door.
Another slight gripe is we were not offered a breakfast inclusive rate, on checking out of the hotel we were charged €35 each day for a family of 4, times two nights - it mounts up to a lot for a coffee and pain a'choc.

Sometimes you don't want to write a review to avoid places getting popular and you risk losing out being able to go back. This is one of these places. Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The rooms are fantastic. We received an upgrade to the Deluxe room which was bigger and more luxurious than our apartment. Great quality bed, gorgeous bathroom and a separate toilet. Parking is free and staff is friendly and helpful. No gym, but why stay inside if you can go on a coastal run! And if it's raining, there's a massive games room downstairs! Just be mindful how to get to the car park; we drove by many times until we found how to get there. The hotel is in the same building as a casino - that might cause a bit of noise if you're a really light sleeper and are in a room just upstairs from the casino, but it didn't really impact us. We will certainly be back!

I was so happy with this hotel when i was there in May and decided to booked again for one night .
I booked the room true hotels.com.
When i arrived and saw the room i wanted to cancel but my mom is 90 years old who was with me for that weekend .the room was under the roof and small.
My mom hit her head 3 times trying to get out of bed and also in the bathroom.there was noting else available she said.i always look at detail when i book a room and specifically when i have my mom with me.( elevator,bed.parking …. Not sure will go back.this room is good for kids .

The suite was super clean and beautifully furnished and spaceous. I was missing a safe for my ipad and jewelry. Also there was no kitchenware in the kitchen. There was a note saying that the kitchen was to heat up a meal. But then I would still need cutlery and a plate to be able to eat the meal, right? For the rest I have absolutely nothing to complain about. It was a very good hotel.

Fabulous room, fabulous staff. Exceptionally clean. Loved the honesty bar - how refreshing. Had the feel of family hotel rather than a chain. Staff so helpful - nothing was too much bother and all done with a smile! Nice touch of 6 free items in the fridge. Just the whole place gave this lovely vibe. Although they are busy expanding the property, it did not affect our stay in any way.
