We stayed 1-night. Hotel shuttle to airport comes every 30 min. Schedule changes depending on time of the year. Room was OK. Shower was a bit complicated to operate, but OK once we figured it out. Unfortunately there is no "Room Service" even though there is a "room service" button on the phone?! we had to go down to the restaurant to order the food and then bring it back up to our room.

The shuttle driver claimed he wasn’t the driver despite the sign being on the bus. And it’s not so much a shuttle as a shared bus with other hotels that stops on the street. If you have a lot of luggage and kids it’s not very convenient. The buffet was also a lot of money for what it was.

Très bien pour une nuit. Très bien situé pour l'aéroport. Les chambres sont bien. La clim a eu de la misère à fournir au depart, mais y est arrivée. Beaucoup de jeunes qui criaient dans le corridor après 22h. Je ne sais pas si c'est la norme ou l'exception, mais un dimanche soir, quand tu as un vol tôt le lendemain, c'est déplaisant.

Even with the mini fridge in the room, this place is in need of a serious upgrade. The 1990s called and they want their amenities back. For the €26 price of breakfast, the quality was severely lacking. No USB ports in the room.

It was an average hotel, nothing more and nothing less. Made me wonder how clean the room was made up to due to the fact the amenities in the shower weren't stocked up. If they can't do that, what else could they be cutting corners on ????

I usually only stay here at the end of a business trip. It is super convenient to catch early flights from the BRU airport and they have a good shuttle service to the airport. My only complaint, and I don’t know when it started, but the last two times I’ve stayed, the restaurant was only serving an overpriced (€30+), sub-par, cafeteria style buffet for dinner. No other menu items.

The staff wasn’t helpful. Everyone was slow and they gave us poor instructions for the shuttle bus which caused us to waste over an hour of time at airport returning our rental. Would recommend looking elsewhere even though it might cost a bit more. Ended up using an uber to the airport rather than the shuttle because it was inconvenient.

The hotel is build 60 years ago and feels you are going back in time Everything is quite dated. The bed feels like a wooden shelf . Tv is not working . The water in the shower goes from very hot to very cold without even touching it Would recommend to stay at Van Der Valk Hotel. A much better experience
