Great location in the centre of town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms have separate toilet, which is helpful for families, would be great if it had a sink. Rooms large with comfy beds. Pillows need attention, one is very lumpy. Could not get air con to blow out cold air. Room very hot had to open window which was noisy. Overall though good stay.

The room was extremely hot and we were told that the AC does not work at this time of year! When we opened the window to cool the room we found the outside noise was unbearable. No body offered a solution eg a fan for the room. We didn’t sleep at all for 4 nights. Trip completely ruined.

Arrived for a late check-in, staff really helpful. Booked a double, but got a room with a double and 2 single beds. Several plugs were broken and looked dangerous, marks on the bed sheets and air conditioning didn’t work probably Given it is advertised as a 4.5star, I can’t see how it can justify it.

We drove in from Amsterdam so parking across the street at a reasonable daily rate was much appreciated. Located amidst numerous restaurants and within minutes from the Grand Plaza was also a plus. But the best attribute of this hotel is its staff. One of their best is Betty Kwakala who turned what would have been a disastrous vacation for us into a happy and wonderful journey.

The lady at check-in was unfriendly and unhelpful. Even though we arrived on time, we couldn’t check in because the room supposedly wasn’t ready—and this was communicated to us in a very rude manner. Parking costs an exorbitant 28 € per night extra. The hotel seems designed to exploit tourists: every little thing comes with a fee, like slippers for 3 € and a bathrobe for 6 €. Overall, disappointing and not recommended.

Restaurant waiter was not very kind. He did not seem to take my son’s peanut allergy very seriously, and got irritated when we tried to confirm a menu item for allergen safety. The front desk staff and facility was amazing. Maybe avoid the restaurant if your child has allergen concerns.

This hotel was walking distance to shopping, dining and lots of sites in Brussels. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices in which my adult daughter really enjoyed.

We stayed in a family room at this hotel (2 adults, a 2 year old and a 5 month old). The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from Grand Place and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were really impressed with the check in process. Our room was ready before 3pm and the staff member checking us in was very nice. She even gave our daughters a little toy each, which they absolutely loved. When we got to our room we noticed that the cot beds we had requested were not there but this was rectified quickly. A cot was provided for our baby but we were informed that it wouldn't be given for our 2 year old, which was fine as she managed to sleep fine on the bed. The room wasn't huge but had everything we needed, bathroom with over bath shower, separate toilet, hair dryer, kettle and mini fridge. The TV wasn't working to start with but this was sorted after we reported it. We used the pool facilities on one of the days, which was great. It's a small pool but perfect to take children in. Our 2 year old loved it. We can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't add it. Overall, a great hotel for the price. Perfect location and very clean and quiet.

Terrible Security and Poor Response We had a horrible experience at this hotel. Someone entered our room while my husband was completely naked, and I was in the shower. It was a shocking and unacceptable invasion of privacy. We immediately called the reception, and all we got was a simple apology—no real action or concern. The next day, we asked them to ensure this wouldn’t happen again, and their only solution was to change our room keys on our strong request. No explanation, no reassurance about security improvements—just a quick fix with no accountability. This is a massive safety issue, and the hotel’s lack of urgency made it even worse. If you care about your privacy and security, I’d strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

Very happy with our stay here. Lots of space in the family room. Very helpful staff. Attentive dining staff. Lovely space for kids to play. The swimming pool was great, not too deep or wide, so great for kids and beginner swimmers.

Great location to 2 different metros, restaurants and fish market. Double bed plus sofa bed. Fridge was a lifesaver with 2 young children, particularly as 1 still needs milk in the night. Gym was fine, didn’t get chance to use the pool but it looked lovely and the kids corner was cute in reception too. Restaurant accommodating. Didn’t have breakfast, shame it wasn’t included in the title
