We loved the hotel!! Easy check in, helpful, friendly staff, and a fun bar area with a pool table and shuffle board available!!! The area was very walkable to the shopping street, Grand Place, and public transport. I definitely recommend this hotel to all!!

A wonderful high quality hotel with excellent service and a great breakfast. Transport links are perfect, very close to metro and train stations. Also within walking distance to the Grand Place, City 2 shopping centres. Highly recommend.

Decent VFM. Great reception, terrific bar, big screen sports and free pool and shuffleboard bar games. Standard rooms as written on the tin, beds and pillows average.

Excellent location close to train station and public transportation (tram and buses). Close to lots of restaurants and main shopping venues. Room was reasonable size but bathroom could be updated. The temperature in the room and floors is too high and even with AC, could not reach an « acceptable » temperature. There is a gym with limited equipment (and again very hot). Excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.

I would have rated 5 star if not for the fact that the constant loud sound of the police sirens were very disturbing.
They have €5 coupons for the bar for every night if you opted not to have room cleaning. Kudos to sustainability.

We asked for and paid for early check in. They gave us a handicap room without telling us what room we were getting. It was in the lowest floor in front of some conference rooms and service closets.
The shower was cumbersome and disgusting. Moldy all around the shower. Shower head facing the wall impossible to aim at middle. Barely any place to put toiletries around the sink. It felt like a 1 star hotel room. Bare minimum amenities. Just gross
Service and food were very good. Good bar. Location is ok. A good 20 mins walk to anything. Better hotels in the area.

Decent hotel but the breakfast is 36 EUR per person which is extortionate! I didn't book it with the room as I thought it was an error with the booking system. Really took the shine off of a nice hotel.

Broken shower that was 'fixed' promptly the evening we arrived, however items went missing from the room. Staff were not interested and were very dismissive. Turns out the shower wasn't actually fixed as we found out the following morning.
