Old premises, great staff attention.

Clean and well-maintained property in a great location.

Great location, comfortable beds, cable, air conditioning, breakfast, Wi-Fi.

Clean room with private bath. Had to ask for more than one towel, but it was delivered quickly. No place in the bathroom to put accessories (very small sink and no shelves). Shower curtain cut at the level of bathtub causing leakage. Our main complaint was high traffic noise throughout Saturday night. However, location on the prado provided walkable access to many stores and restaurants.

They charged me an additional Bs 100 because I had a friend visit me a couple hours, which then they proceeded to tell me that if it was more than 10 minutes that’s what they charge. I overstayed an additional 6 hours and they prorated the stay and that is fair, but the others charge I find it to be absurd. Very unpleasant a non professional staff

A very good option, that you can find in Cbba. with a very convenient price, and enjoy a good breakfast

We arrived very early in the morning and the receptionist was really kind to give us a room meanwhile. At noon, they moved us into the actual room with view of the city. It was nice and the view ok, but the bathroom very small and unconfortable. We had booked two nights, so we tried to enjoy the location that was strategic and the best. We spent outdoors almost all the time: many restaurants and places to visit. But we should always faced the tiny bathroom when we came back.The second day, they forgot to change the towels, even it was requested before; and the housekeeping in general was not well trained. They did not know what a hair conditioning was. Nevertheless, I must say the lady of the breakfast was wonderfull, very attentive. She offered me scrumbled eggs not even requested before. In conclusion, the hotel is nice and the location the best, but there are some very important things to improve, like thr bathroom.

El problema es que no Cuenta con ascensor y subir gradas si uno tiene problema de rodilla es grave . El Hotel está bien ubicado en pleno Prado y es accesible a restaurants inclusive hay hipermaxi a unos cuantos pasos

si no fuera por que la ducha no funciono el agua fría, estuviera excelente, obviando ese detalle todo hasta el personal estuvo muy bien, trato muy amable, desayuno el ambiente. etc.

Hotel simples , atende as necessidades, quarto confortável , a equipe do Hotel excelente muito prestativa , o que poderia melhorar é o café da manhã . É a única coisa que deixa a desejar .

Un hotel agradable y céntrico, pero si recomiendo que puedan mejorar sus almohadas ya que eran muy incómodas

Desapontado com a administracao do hotel pois depois de jater escolhido o hotel pela tgerceira vez com minha familia eles dessa vez erraram feio: deixaram o quarto sujo uma diaria inteira e nao tive como resolver no hotel.antes do chek out, apenas depois de reclamar eles se manifestaram querendo me compensar com um cafe da manha, como se valesse a pena ganhar o cafe da manha e ficar 24 horas com o quarto sujo e as toalhas nas mesmas condicoes....lamentável. Nao recomendo realizar o pagamento antes.pois depois nao ha como negociar uma solucao justa.Ainda alegam que pelo fato de ter realizado a reserva pela internet nao tem jeito de rever o valor a pagar....brincadeira.

Excelente la atención, atentos con todo llegamos antes y nos permitieron ingresar.

Hotel cómodo en el centro del Prado, hay muchos restaurantes cerca y medios de transporte. Falta mantenimiento en algunas zonas y principalmente pintura. El desayuno es bueno. El staff es increíble, ayudan muchísimo y son muy amables.

No me interesa decir nada sobre este pésimo lugar. Todo muy muy malo empezando por recepcionista de tarde. Srta de la tarde muy maleducada y no tiene idea de nada de la cuidas. No puede recomendar nada porque dice no saber..

el personal cordiales y atentos, limpieza excelente y el Desayuno espectacular. 10 de 10 todo.
