I had problems getting in touch with the administrator of the room. My room had a dirty sheet and a broken shower room. Took me hours to figure out how to contact someone for support, who changed my room to another one that had also dirty sheets (they changed it in the next day only). I also called hotels.com and they response was terrible and only offered me 75 dollar coupon. I recommend you to stay away from this place and also be very careful with what you choose in the hotels.com website, as they don’t seem to choose good properties and are terrible solving your problems. Another issue is that the building is in a very busy and there is no soundproofing system and it is almost impossible to sleep.

There wasn’t Wifi in the room, couldn’t connect to Wifi, very very noisy from the street because there was only one glassy wall between the room and balcony that didn’t close completely!
