The best Hotel I‘ve ever been! So beautiful and clean and the staff was amazing. Next to the beach and about 5-10 min by foot to the center.

The hotel is good overall, simple but ok. The ac works ok , the amenties are nice and clean and the pool is great. Location is very good . The food is not the best , and breakfast also not the best . The only weird thing is that , they do not offer water - even tho is 3000 degrees and the only free water is at breakfast - The water is made in mud filter - which is very healthy yes … but the water taste like … MUDD. when the guest service person asked us during breakfast if we had any criticism and we mentioned the above, she looked at me and my fiancé and said - well maybe you both do not like healthy things - which was pretty rude and bizarre . Totally tone deaf .

A great place to stay. Only reason it lost one star is that the room said it slept 3 people. When they found out I had a friend coming, they split my king size bed into two beds.

This is probably one of the best hotels in Itacare. My suite was spacious and comfortable - the bed and pillows especially. Breakfast options are limited but still good for vegetarians (and abundant for meat/fish eaters). The beach access is very convenient, albeit the allocated beach space isn't that big. In high season it could feel cramped. Overall great, EXCEPT that I didnt have hot water in my room for the first two days of my stay despite reporting this to the reception desk a number of times. Perhaps something fell down in translation but I thought they promised to send someone to fix it each time I spoke to them only for no action/repair to be taken. Eventually the repair man came back to my room directly with me on my last reception visit. The issue was fixed in less than 10 minutes which made it all the more frustrating that it hadnt been fixed sooner

Our stay was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! We actually booked two stays over the course of several weeks during our stay in Brazil. Everything from the food, customer service, and friendly people of Itacare was wonderful!!!! We will definitely return.

Excelente hotel. Muito confortável, com bom café da manhã. Quartos espaçosos! Ambiente muito bonito e jardinado. Petiscos do bar deixaram a desejar um pouco mas nada grave. Com certeza voltaria.

O wifi não funcionou durante a estadia.

O lugar é um pequeno paraíso no coração de Itacaré. Harmonicamente integrado com a natureza, tem um restaurante aconchegante, com comidas deliciosas. Vale a experiência. Tive um problema com o banheiro do quarto, mas foi solucionado a contento.

O quarto é amplo, banheiro com pia, vaso e chuveiros independentes, instalações muito boas e confortáveis, ambiente charmoso. O café da manhã é maravilhoso com omeletes e tapiocas preparadas na hora, a pedido e muita variedade de comidas e bebidas. O local é muito bonito, piscina e hotel pé na área com muita área verde e muito arborizado. Contudo, os serviços deixaram a desejar: na limpeza do quarto, não repuseram toalhas e papel higiênico, não foram cordiais e nem tampouco ágeis na reposição. Toalhas de praia racionadas e pessoal com feições de quem não queriam ser incomodados. *Fiquei hospedada por 2 noites, durante a semana, em um período bem tranquilos - funcionários estavam todos ociosos em seus celulares e não davam atenção aos hóspedes: com exceção da hora do cafá da manhã, isso ocorria por todo o dia. Comi somente um vez no restaurante do hotel e não gostei da comida - mas pode ter sido mal sorte minha, mas não quis tentar novamente. Não voltarei. Da próxima vez, irei para o Resende ou outra opção.
