La habitacion era muy comoda, los colchones, sabanas bien, la recepcion genial, la limpieza y el wifi, malisimo

Muy lindo lugar, sorprendió gratamente, comida rica y la atención muy buena igual. Buena ubicación, para volver !

Es un buen hotel en lineas generales, los desayunos algo mediocres, poca variedad los cereales estaban pasados, pero el staff muy simpatico y amable, un buen lugar para llegar a dormir.

It was a nice experience and hotel. Very good facilities. But the was a very slow checkin process. The jacuzzi was not fully functioning and the were almost no staff around the pool to ask for details.

I had no room upgrade and the VIP reward was ridiculous, they offered me something similar to use for beach chair rent, which makes no sense because I wouldn’t take it to the beach anyway. The first time i stayed in this hotel i had a pleasant experience. Now for the second time, not only they are overcharging guests, the service level has dropped. The female receptionists I dealt with were courteous, but a male front desk representative (It I am not mistaken named THomas,) was a bit rude. The way they organize their breakfast is offensive in a way that someone keeps closing the door, like a bouncer that let me go in and check the ID. If they are concerned people will eat for free, they should have a subtle way to do it.

Good choice in Floripa, very affordable and near an excellent beach. The standard room is somewhat small, next time I would choose the room with balcony

Everything ok. Location was ok near to the beach. The only con is that the free wifi service was so poor that i was not even able to connect.

Very nice pool area and the room was big. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work well. We also had a problem checking in, since the reseption didn't speak English, only Portuguese and Spanish.

The staff was very attentive, most helpful and always smiling. Even though it was off season, the staff was present and working hard to keep the facilities and my room tip top shape. The breakfast was great with a wide spread for everyone's tastes. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay helpful front desk a little far from attraction area but it's so easy with taxis

Clean and comfortable given the price. Not in the "hottest" part of Florianopolis, but decent value for the money spent. Would prefer to stay closer to or in Jurere if possible, but the hotel is still close to other beaches. One staff member speaks English, the rest Spanish or Portuguese, but all are very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Overall positive experience.

O quarto do hotel é bem pequeno, pouco espaço para acomodação das malas, mas muito limpo e aconchegante! Atendeu as expectativas tendo em vista que a viagem foi a trabalho e só usamos para dormir

Tudo limpo e organizado

a ala A 101 ficou parecendo que falta mais cuidado e capricho quanto na janela do apartamento mais limpeza e janela sofrivel.

Boa estrutura e café da manhã variado. Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro que foi resolvido rapidamente. Recomendo.

Acomodações muito confortáveis e área externa muito bonita. Lugar muito tranquilo pra descansar.

Equipe super atenciosa! Infraestrutura boa, porém no quarto em que estávamos a cama não era muito confortável (eram duas camas com de solteiro com um pillow em cima)

A academia que é descrita nos atributos do hotel é impossível de ser utilizada!!Sem ventilação,sem ar-condicionado e voltada para o sol o dia todo se torna impraticável!!Primeiro ouvi desculpas,que iriam colocar o ar,depois entendi que ele não existia!!!!!Um absurdo!!!!
