Fairly close to GIG airport, very reasonable price and was in a safe and convenient location for food options - great variety of food options in the mall opposite the hotel. Staff are helpful, great service, location and cleanliness. No complaints! :)

The hotel is somewhat new and the rooms are alittle small but it's very clean, with fresh linens and modern amenities. The location is conveniently good, not too far from the international airport and just across the street from the hotel lies a large mall that offers plenty of dining options at any restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff was helpful and professional throughout my stay.

The worst experience ever in my life. I had to pay for internet out of my own plan a day. The manager was rude, and I was threatened by the staff, that If I kept complaining I would have to find another place to go to. There are cockroaches on the wall at night, that I had to kill. The food and customer service are horrible. The place is nasty. The ad should be taken off Expedia. I tried to call you to tell you this but my phone is out of range

The property is located in a very unsafe areas at foothill of violent favela. It shouldn’t ever be recommended in this site. It’s a shame and loss of my money. People with kids or just couples must not ever stay at that location.

No frill hotel for locals. It is far from any interesting area of Rio. There is a large middle class shopping mall directly across the street. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. The bed was comfortable. There was no safe in the room contrary to advertised.

Front desk personel was not well prepared to received , I arrived alitle early, but the the desk person(jenifer) was not wiling to help made me wait for an hour, and when it was my turn send someone else to attende who was asking personal questions out loud , from his desk. Hotel é ótimo localização, quarto só deixou a desejar na limpeza e as condições das tolhas estavam bem desgastadas e encardidas nao tinha toalha de rosto, toalha de pé pro banheiro, não teve serviço de arrumação do quarto, mesmo pedindo na recepção, não é a primeira vez que fico no hotel , a quantidade da limpeza e roupa de cama e banho estão muito ruins. Tive que comprar toalha de banho.
