The hotel on its own was decent. Unfortunately, the area it is in is not the best. My partner was almost robbed twice by two guys on bikes that circle the hotel. Our room was also unfortunately right next to the elevator, which was very loud through the wall. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling. We ended up switching hotels halfway through so we could stay in a safer area (I recommend something on Paulista Ave). I will say the breakfast was amazing and I was sad the leave it!

The hotel advertised a gym, this is why I booked it. I had very little time between flights and needed a safe place to rest and exercise. Upon checking in, I was told they do not have a gym. After questioning further, I was told I could use the gym across the street. The street was honestly scary, and someone tried to steal my phone. It's not safe to go to the gym across the street. I would have booked somewhere else. Everything else was great. Breakfast was good.

hotel staff were very welcoming during check in, we didn't feel as if we could ask them for help or recommendations and they refused to speak much english to us. the room was serviceable however - we're glad we only spent one night there.
