Ecologic Ville Resort

The pools look great! But, once you get in, it's just hard to find a comfortable position, like, the benches are either too high or too low and angled poorly so that your bottom side floats off. They were designed by someone that made them look good on paper, but, that person probably hasn't ever been in a pool. The pools were clean, uncrowded, and calm. The pool lounges were terribly uncomfortable because the straps are old and stretched and the metal bar runs right across the middle of your back. The food was average at best. I'm pretty sure most everything was frozen or canned. The coffee wasn't even brewed, it was the powder stuff from a machine. Geez, this is Brazil, brew the coffee. The building needs lots of maintenance. There are 440 rooms in this hotel. I was there during the week and I bet only about 25 rooms were rented. I don't know how this place is going to stay in business. Overall, it's a good value. My room rate was pretty low, so, I can't expect a lot. I got what I paid for. Except that it's rated as 4-star. It might be time to re-rate the hotel. I'm overall happy with my stay.

The staff was the only reason for not getting the lowest score. The were friendly, accomodating, and did everything to provide excellent service, but the overall neglect and condition of the hotel is why my score was so low. Lets start on the negatives... 1) The hotel on the website does not match the actual hotel. Many of the attractions/pools are not operational. The attractions for the kids are not operational or are in need of maintenance. 2) At one point i was in need of sunblock so i went to the onsite shop. When i went to the shop it was closed. There was a sign on the door "out to lunch" which was no problem and i figured i would just come back later. I came back two hours later and the shop was still closed with the "out to lunch" sign still posted, so i went to the service desk to ask when the owner would be back and the desk person could not answer... the response was " she has a habit of doing this... sometimes she comes back... sometimes she does not, and it all depends on the kind of day she is having....REALLY!?!? Why have this person there with a business if she doesnt care about selling anything??? Only thing i can think of is that she is related to the hotel owners, so she really doesnt need to work. 3) Exterior and interior of hotel needs to be renovated.

As instalações estão a precisar de uma boa remodelação, mas estavam super limpas, o quarto é super confortável, as piscinas são ótimas e o pessoal da recepção, e de uma forma geral, são super simpáticos. O pequeno almoço é ótimo. O único ponto negativo é o restaurante da piscina. O serviço é mau e a comida é péssima. Se retirar o restaurante, recomendo vivamente.

Solicitei andar baixo, devido hóspedes serem idosos, porém fizeram check in em andar bem alto, além disso, a cama era muito desconfortável, alta demais, mole e com o colchão rebaixado no meio da cama.

O hotel é bem agradável, o atendimento é excelente, todos desde o atendente até o pessoal que trabalha na cozinha e etc foram bem educados o que me surpreendeu muito, o local é bem aconchegante e familiar, não deixou a desejar em nada!

Foi muito boa . Era uma viagem de férias com a família . As piscinas são limpas e água bem quentinha adoramos. Café da manhã bem servido e tudo bem limpo .

Foi uma boa experiência. Primeira vez ficando no hotel, só acho que todas as piscinas poderiam estar cheias e com água quente, pois haviam algumas vazias e outras com água fria.

Resort de Excelência! Recomendo bastante! Custo x Benefício otimo! Boa estrutura, muitas piscinas com temperaturas variadas, restaurante com várias opções, café da manhã maravilhoso.

Excelente hotel, com muitas piscinas, atividades para as crianças e com comida muito boa.

I liked everything very good, wonderful

Local bom para quem esta querendo algo mais calmo, porem infraestrutura antiga, serviço hoteleiro baixo, as piscinas sao boas com aguas quentes e frias, seviço de garçons precisa melhorar, atividades recreativas bem legais e dinamicas. Quarto soltando piso, acustica tambem do quarto ruim, o ar-condicionado esta velho e muito barulhento. Camas sao duas de solteiro emendadas e nao de casal. De modo geral é um local de categoria média. Pessoal da recepção bem receptivo, funcionarios bem educados.

Incrível superecomendo Sauna piscinas várias temperaturas e ofurô

O hotel tem grande potencia mas deixa a desejar em pequenos detalhes. Estrutura falta manutenção ar condicionado com muito barulho. Cobra por toalhas para piscina. Cafe bom. Sauna a vapor desligada. Mas o custo benefício e razoável pelo valor cobrado da diária. Na entrada do restaurante tem uma placa oferecendo check-out tardio para quem almoçar no dia da saida, fui solicitar a atendente me disse que nao poderia fazer. Nao entendi.

BOA ACOMODAÇÃO E LIMPEZA...

Essa é a quarta vez que eu e meu esposo nós hospedamos nesse hotel, levamos uma amiga Portuguesa para conhecer, foi bom ficamos 4 dias, na nossa última noite a piscina estava fria

Confortável, atendimento cordial e cafe da manha com muita variedade

É a quarta vez que me hospedo aqui, nenhuma das outras tenho reclamação, mas desta vez no quarto A811 o aquecimento da agua nao estava funcionando no dia que cheguei, avisei e nao foi arrumado, no segundo dia avisei novamente e me informaram que havia tido problema no gás. Ainda ate o momento sem solucao. A cama nao é queen, e sim duas de solteiro colocadas juntas e mais uma de solteiro separada. O q acontece um vao de altura entre as camas que juntaram, sem falar na qualidade diferente.
