I would like to complain about the fact that my sister got a key to my room at 5:30AM. Although it was my sister I cannot believe that a hotel can give someone else a key because anyone can tell that and could be a false claim. She opened my room and had towels that were given to her at the front desk to take a shower. I am appalled until today. With all the security risks in SP I think it would be appreciated that you review the protocols at your front desk. Thanks,

The pool and gym areas were really run down. Nothing like the pictures for sure! Not a space to hang out and relax. The breakfast is fine, but there is no espresso machine the guests can self-serve which is absurd. Even cheaper hotels have a nespresso machine for guests, available at least during breakfast. There is a bar where you can order coffee outside of breakfast but most times they can’t run the machine or have no milk! I saw a blood spot in one of my “clean” towels. The towels were frayed. Service was fine. Room service comes around 2-3 pm every day.

Smelly carpet. Room smells like wet dog. If have allergy avoid it. Even the corridor leading to the my room was smelling like wet carpet.

Breakfast was nice and the view. Rooms need to be updated and sound proofed. We could hear our noisy neighbors. Staff need to be more mindful in regards to noise as well. Rooms were a bit beaten up. Staff were very helpful and pleasant
