Staying within the National Park is worth every penny, the views of the falls from your room or the bar were jaw dropping. The staff were all incredibly attentive and the concierge Lourdes in particular was brilliant at arranging activities for us and also helping my husband arrange a surprise!

The hotel offers breathtaking views of the Iguazú Falls from almost everywhere (except for the jungle-facing rooms, of course). With multiple restaurants, activities, and excellent service, it feels more like a resort than a hotel. Being inside the National Park is a huge advantage—you can go in and out as many times as you want during your stay. Unlike the Brazilian side, here you’ll find several trails: the Upper Circuit, the Lower Circuit, and the train that takes you straight to the Devil’s Throat. Although the building is old and it shows in the structure, the interiors have been completely renovated. Rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the service is outstanding. Highly recommended—but don’t forget to lock your balcony doors. The local monkeys have a taste for minibar snacks and zero respect for personal boundaries. The hotel warns you about this from the welcome email to the door signs, but, well… we learned the hard way. Fortunately, they only took some minibar items, nothing valuable. Ideally, stay at least two nights to truly enjoy both the hotel and the park. It’s one of those places where nature does all the talking, and you just sit back and listen.

Service ethic of staff is incomparable. Maria Lissett Leiva, Guest Experience Manager set standards that other resorts only aspire to. Given the hotel's location within full view of (and short walking distance to) one of the world's natural wonders doesn't hurt either. The food in the restaurant was delicious, breakfast as well as dinner and once again the service level was unparalleled. My partner and I felt near regret at having to leave such natural beauty and warm hospitality behind.

This hotel is a very unique and beautiful property. Being one of the only hotels inside Iguazu Falls National Park. You are literally only about a seven minute walk to where the entrance is to the park. No need to stand in lines to get entrance to the park because you're already in the park. While the rooms are not five star, they are perfectly adequate for your stay. Plus, the views from my balcony definitely made up for that! Just stunning views of the falls, and the views of the magnificent property itself!!! The food and drinks were wonderful. The staff was more than welcoming and were there for anything I needed, or for extra things I wanted to do. The Wellness Center was amazing, and the massive outdoor pool were also amazing!!! The interior of the two story lobby area was just so impressive, and it was perfectly appointed down to the last detail! While its not the most inexpensive places to stay, in my opinion it was worth every penny I spent to stay there, and I would highly recommend this property to anybody! And, it was pretty humorous to watch the monkeys running around on the balconies quite often!
