Hilton Garden Inn Santo Andre

No geral, o hotel é bom e o serviço eficiente. Não gostei do lay-out do quarto (banheiro sem privacidade). Além disso, alguns itens (suporte do papel, suporte da ducha e toalheiro) estavam soltos, necessitando de manutenção.

Serviço excelente e ótimo atendimento. Falta um pouco de privacidade no banheiro, mas o quarto é bastante confortável.

I like it

The hotel needs to replace the beds. The beds squeezed and you can feel any movements while sleeping. The quick solve of putting a pillow top did not fix the issue.. only covered the problem superficially

The hotel it’s nice. Great staff, very friendly. Mall right by the side, very conviniente. Great buffet breakfast.

O banheiro usando cortina nem para ter box , aí o ralo estava entupido aí começou encher de água , cobertor fino para frio que fez ....

Quarto sujo! Não dava pra andar descalço.

Hotel confortável e com bom café da manhã, mas a cama é muito mole e o banheiro é separado entre vaso, pia e chuveiro. A parte do sanitário é uma porta de vidro pequena sem tranca e sem exaustor, o que é totalmente inaceitável. O ralo do banheiro tinha cheiro ruim e a arrumação está sendo feita apenas a cada dois dias (justificativa: covid).

Conheço por frequentar vários hoteis em Santo André e esse foi a pior experiência que tive..Não recomendaria para ninguém. Chegando nós mesmos temos que levar o carro em um estacionamento que é o fo shopping e pago no valor de R$20,00 e reservei o hotel pelo Hotels.com e quando fui atendida a recepcionista me informou que ficaria R$40,00 mais caro porque eu não coloquei que eram 2 pessoas. Aceitei pagar porque não me lembrava se errei neste ponto , porém ao subir no quarto fiz uma simulação pelo Hotels.com e ficaria R$10,00 a mais se fossem 2 pessoas e não R$40,00. O café da manhã tbém perto dos outros hoteis de Santo André que pago um valor bem menor é muito melhor. As acomodações tbém é comum pelo nome que leva.

Hotel confortável e limpo. Ja me hospedei por outras vezes e nunca me decepcionei. Entretanto, sugiro que a recepção, no momento da chegada, seja mais comunicativa quanto ao horário do serviço de café da manhã.

Wonderful people working here. We enjoyed the stay. Super nice rooms. Good breakfast. We love Vinecios in the restaurant and Keilla and Renata at the front desk. Incredibly professional person and super helpful and nice.

Great beds on the top floors. And really great breakfast. Rooms aren’t super clean and neither is the pool.

I liked the rooms, they are nicely remolded and clean. The big problem I had is that all the floors have motion sensores lights that were VERY delayed. My room was at the last one at the end of the hall and it was many nights of walking to my room in complete darkness because the lights would not turn on in time. For a women traveling it wasn’t the most comfortable experience in Brazil.

typical Hilton. There is nothing in the room or the hotel to highlight the location. You could be anywhere in the world. It would be nice if they added a bit of Brazilian flare.

Hotel was in excellent condition, extremely comfortable, and staffed with very helpful employees. The breakfast included lots of variety, including omelets.
