Excelente cafe da manha, staff atencioso, quarto amplo, limpeza perfeita, muito aconchegante. Poderiam melhorar a área da piscina.

My first stay at this hotel. I found the staff very friendly and courteous. The hotel amenities were excellent - from, wifi throughout the hotel, to pool, to room service. I would stay again.

The breakfast was very unique, like being at a fancy restaurant in New York City. The pool is heated and on the roof which gives the best views and has a bar at the pool

Such a wonderful place. Our room had an absolutely stunning view of Boa Viagem , completely unobstructed. The breakfast is amazing, as well as the staff- Lucas in particular was so friendly and helpful . Because of him and the entire facility, I plan to stay here every time I am in Recife. Obrigada!

We stayed here with my husband and family, and our experience was truly special. Every time we come back to Recife, we choose this hotel because of the incredible people who work here. The location is also extremely convenient, especially given its proximity to the airport, which makes traveling much easier. The staff, Genesio, Ivan, Davi, Everton, Roberto, Armando, Lincoln, Maria Lucia, Lidma, and Carlos (I hope I remembered everyone correctly), are absolutely nice and amazing. They consistently go above and beyond, making every stay feel warm and personal. They don’t treat you like just another guest; they make you feel welcomed, valued, and at home. People like them are the reason guests keep coming back, and they are truly the heart of this hotel. Breakfast was excellent, everyone was extremely helpful, and it was always one of the highlights of our stay. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect review is that, considering the price of the stay, the rooms could use better upkeep. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of mold in the room, which was disappointing. This hotel has so much potential, thanks to its genuinely exceptional service and staff. With better room maintenance, the experience would be absolutely perfect. Also, the smoking area should be moved ASAP; it's not really good in front of the hotel.

Great breakfast buffet, pool and services available. Room was always cleaned once we switched the setting by the door on and the sweets were very tasty.

Great breakfast, clean room

As beautiful as the hotel is— what really sets it apart is the professionalism of all the staff. Every person we met was welcoming, friendly and informed. The breakfast included with the room is 5 star! It is beautifully presented in a buffet format with Brazilian fruits, sweet breads, meats, breads and cheeses. You can also order an omelette and pancakes and waffles. The beds were very comfortable, air conditioning perfect and the bathroom and shower are wonderful.

Problems if you carry a Fire Stick. They will not let you connect it. Forgot a Perfume. Called them. They said it was not found. Impossible. Some staff just kept it without reporting it as found. So this all was an unpleasant experience to me which should not happen in a hotel trying to sell you excellency.

The breakfast was wonderful as were both restaurants. Our room did not face the beach but it was clean and comfortable and well designed. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The staff were very helpful and friendly and always greeted us with a smile.
