Chegamos no hotel por volta de 12:30 e fomos informados que os quartos seriam liberados somente 14:00 ou em caso de disponibilidade iriam iniciar antes. Fomos almoçar proximo ao hotel e voltamos por volta de 14:30, havia uma fila enorme na recepção pois iniciaram o check in somente as 14:00. Só conseguimos entrar no quarto 15:40, haviamos um compromisso e chegamos atrasados. Alem disso o travesseiro era de qualidade ruim e não havia cobertor no quarto, tive que descer na recepção para buscar. De um modo geral foi uma pessima experiencia e não voltarei no hotel.

Hotel fine if you need only somewhere to sleep, shower, a toilet, & live out of a suitcase. Small shallow desk & simple chair. Two hangars. Large TV. No shelves, hooks, towel rails, or anything else. Kept removing & replacing my soap and changed towels when I hadn’t asked for that. Why? Breakfast ok and had lactose-free milk.

Consultado D'Italia is a 8 minute walk. Felt very safe even at night walking around with my family. Lots of dining options, all walking distance. Parking (extra fee) conveniently located in the same building. Brand used to offer soap/shampoo/plastic cup (for the small sink) in the past. Today, only a tiny bar soap. Towels need replacement. Felt like we were having a skin peeling treatment. Overall, would stay there again.

Hotel simples e básico, seguindo a proposta da rede, ideal para quem precisa apenas passar a noite e dormir. Já me hospedei várias vezes, até por períodos longos em função de trabalho, pré-pandemia. Sempre me atendeu bem dentro da proposta acima. Desta vez, primeira hospedagem desde o início da pandemia, me decepcionou a limpeza e a infestação de formiguinhas caseiras próximo a mesa abaixo da TV (um forte indício de que a higiene não tem sido apropriada, principalmente para o momento em que vivemos, com pandemia viral ainda em curso).

Terceiro mês seguido hospedando e terceira vez que preciso preencher todos os dados do cadastro novamente… alem disso, solicitei um cobertor extra que estava com cheiro de cigarro, o segundo tambem me foi fornecido sem nenhuma embalagem. A cama balançava a cada vez que o vizinho abria e fechava a porta ou encostava na parede do outro lado. A privada estava suja com restos de fezes quando eu cheguei.
