Good, clean rooms with very good space for one person. Very good showers with quick and plentiful hot water. Convenient light and air conditioning switches by the bed. Truly excellent breakfast with good selection of hot and cold dishes, pastries, breads, yoghurt, fruits. Little vegetables though. Safe area with many restaurants and shops close by.

I chose this hotel because it was ideally located for my business purposes. It is not a luxury hotel but I was pleasantly surprised because it was clean, the shower delivered plentiful hot water quickly, and the breakfast was excellent with complete cold and hot entree selections, great food and pastries.
I tried rebooking on hotels.com but it indicated it was sold out. That was a lie. I contacted the hotel directly and was able to easily book a room. So if you want a specific hotel, don't rely on hotels.com.

Excellent location, decent hotel, but rooms are small and beds are small as well and the wifi is pretty bad. The a/c in the rooms are the old window kind, very noisy. Awesome pillows, good shower, and brreakfast is decent. The hotel garage for parking is convenient. Overall not great but not too bad either.

This place has a great location and a terrific breakfast. The staff is very efficient and professional. The room, however, was small with only one outlet that was not compatible with my IPhone charger. In addition to that, the TV is attached so high in the wall hurting my posture and eye sight.

I enjoyed my stay but it is a bit far from other sites of attraction. It is however close to several restaurants and shopping. Staff was really nice and our room was clean. It is great that breakfast is included as well. Our room was a bit small but the great service and cleaning made it a comfortable stay.

Pretty good experience. It's not one of those "international chain hotels", but still a nice place to stay. Rooms are small but well organized. Bathroom was tight but clean. Breakfast was great. Stayed 4 days and can't complain. Excellent location. Try to avoid rooms in front of the street, they can get noisy.

If you want to stay in an area where you can walk safely, very near the famous "Vila Madalena" if you like you can even walk to there, or if you do not want, there is a taxi post literally at the door of the Hotel.
There you will find the most charming concentration of bars, restaurants and (safe) entertainment,

Went for a wedding. Was told it was the second best hotel in area it was fine. Nothing special. The breakfast buffet every morning was fresh and very good but always the same. The shower facility was good. No stand-out amenities.
With the help of a friend, they communicated my dry cleaning needs. I had a suit and two shirts dry cleaned and delivered to my room within 24 hours. That was good. Not sure if it would have happened if I didn't have friends who speak perfect Portuguese.

Hotel simples, mas muito bem cuidado. A equipe é muito gentil e eficiente. A localização é excelente, ( metro próximo) bem ao lado da Rua dos Pinheiros, com várias opções de excelentes bares, restaurantes e lanchonetes. Únicos pontos a desejar, o aparelho de ar do quarto, do modelo antigo, muito barulhento. E a qualidade do café utilizado no café da manhã, intragável.
