Overall it ok, but the internet was not very helpful, we had a lot of trouble keeping connected. Unstable internet. Room keys had to be reprogrammed almost all the time. They were not programmed once for the entire time we were there. Pretty inconvenient to have to go several times to front desk to have reprogrammed.

Great family hotel. Pool is very small.

The hotel was perfect. Very friendly, quiet and clean.

Pictures of the property doesn't describe well the place. Rooms are little dirty (they never cleaned the floors) and walls are VERY DIRTY . Its a flat but not even have a microwave or any utensils. Rooms needs desperate an update especially i the bathroom Beds and mattress are old and little curved. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast has good selection but if you stay for 5 days they don't change menu. It's look like a friend old apartment. Don't have high expectations.

This property really matter needs well. One strange thing was that they had two big desks in the main room rather than couches, but we didn’t have any need for couches, so it was not a problem. Desks were great to set luggage on.

The staff were great, the breakfast has good options. My only complain was with the shower. The water was cold and the pressure very weak.

This was absolutely amazing - the staff made me feel very welcomed. I was always provided suggestions of where to go in the city and was given a lot of guidance. I am so pleased with this place and need to return back once in Belo Horizonte Thank you to the staff

The location is great and breakfast was really good! But the rooms are old and seems like it had no maintenance for a long time, I got a bad room and asked to change but then I got one even worse. The mattresses in both rooms were stained and very hard. It had very noisy air conditioning system, torn curtains, clogged shower drain, broken closet door, really dirty walls and stained bathroom floors. Stay away until remodeling!

Much below expectations. The internet was terrible. It is well located, but it’s services need to improve.

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel many times. We like it because it is in a residential neighborhood, the staff is great and so is the buffet breakfast. The breakfast is amazing actually compared to American hotels. The hotel has two parts. There is a newer part where the rooms are nicer but smaller. There is an older part that although it has seen its better days, the rooms are much larger. These have two bedrooms, a small living room, a kitchen and one and a half baths. This hotel is very near the professional soccer stadium, so on certain weekends may be hard to book. We always stay in the older part even though the rooms are in need of an update. In the past, the wifi was terrible but it looks like they have fixed that now. We have always enjoyed our stay here.

This is a nice hotel. Parts of it are somewhat dated but the lobby and restaurant and a newer half of the hotel are very nice. I stay here about two times a year when I am in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. It is not too far from the downtown area but in a quieter and calmer area of the city. The staff here is always top notch. They speak English at the reception desk. I stay in the older part of the hotel which has two bedrooms, one and a half baths and a small kitchen. (The newer part has only single bedrooms. They are nice but smaller.) The breakfast is included and always very nice! And, they have a garage which is really important in Brazil if you have a car. There is no charge to use their parking facility! If you are not from Brazil, I would encourage you not to rent a car here - just use taxis and Uber as the traffic is so complicated here it is not worth renting. One big advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to the Mineirão which is the large professional soccer stadium. Even though the hotel is in a residential neighborhood, there are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. They have room service and a la cart lunch and supper which are a little expensive but convenient and good. One thing that I do not like is that I've been staying here twice a year for the last four years and the free Wi-Fi is never very good!

Great service and hotel staff. The rooms need painting and the WiFi is almost nonexistent. Great garage for guests. Great breakfast!!!

I stayed in this hotel for two working weeks while installing equipment for a customer at UFMG. The "room" is actually a small flat; I had two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. (The kitchen had a good fridge and a gas stove but no pots, pans or cutlery.) The electrical sockets are 110V and take US-style two-pin plugs, not the more modern Brazilian three pin kind. Whenever I needed to discuss something with the reception desk there was someone who spoke good enough English.

O hotel é bom, café da manhã excelente, funcionários me atenderem super bem. Gostei, voltaria e recomendo. Precisa apenas melhorar a estrutura do quarto, em relação a pintura e reforma, fora isso, me atendeu super bem.
