Overall it was a very nice place, good quiet accommodation. Nice bed and amenities and very clean. Upon my departure, however, the employee said something strange. He said oh "you owe for a bag of cashews as we showed one of those was eaten". I didn't disagree with this, it was true however, it was strange that the hotel knew this, before I brought it up, because I never, not once, left my room unattended without putting a "do not enter" sign on my door. This means someone entered my hotel suite when I wasn't there. Post this event I discovered that a watch was missing from my luggage. I can't prove it was robbed at the hotel, but it leads me to wonder if perhaps it was robbed there for the aforementioned reason. Furthermore, there was one case, during my more than 10 days there, in which a tattoo-laden receptionist was snarky & rude to me.

Worn rooms, needs some general maintenance work (painting, fix leaky faucets, etc). Convenient central location. Reasonable breakfast.

This is a good place to stay on a budget.

Good hotel if you need to stay in the neighbourhood. If you don't, there are better hotels and more interesting locations

Nice hotel for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are very spacious and have work desks with fast WiFi. Staff is friendly and breakfast is more than adequate. The neighborhood is also nice, with many nearby restaurants. Hotel is also close to a metro station.

Paraiso metro station is very close. It's just 1 or 2 station(s) dependi 30ng to Avenida Paulista. Only 20/25 minutes to Congonhas Airport by taxi (and only about 30 reais - Oct. 2016 rate). Breakfast is quite satisfactory and served until 10am. It's close to the Syrian Orthodox Church which is well worth a visit if you happen to walk past on a Sunday around 11am. There are several types of rooms available. I think it's worth the extra money to choose the superior large room type (kitchennette, sofa, lounge table and it IS really large) which is the one I had on my first stay at this Tulip Inn. For my second recent stay this October 2016, I came up with a much smaller room with no sofa.... etc but being just myself it was quite satisfactory.

We had three nights and enjoined very much. It's close to metro station therefore easy access to all interesting points in town.

This hotel is a solid, practical option near the Avenida Paulista and metro. Service was excellent and everything else was good.

That was the last hotel we stayed in during our South American trip. Went to Peru (Lima, Arequipa, Chivay, Cusco) and Brasil (Sao Paulo). This hotel was the largest, and most comfortable.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a pretty fast check in and check out and was helped conveniently when needed, also room service was pretty fast. Breakfast was precise with fruits, jam and eggs, cereals and different kinds of breads and local pastry. My room was comfortable and had a separated area with a desk and a sofa. The hole experience was pretty good.

Definitely pay for it online. The price at the front desk was almost double. Luckily they let me use their wi-fi to purchase the stay online. Room was ok, I needed to use the telephone and it was unavailable, so that was a hassle, but hopefully a one time thing. After I walked around the whole neighborhood trying to find a phone to use with no success (it was late), one of the workers let me use their cellphone, but it didn't work either. Overall ok.

The hotel is really close to 2 lines of Sao Paulo metro which is very convenient taken into account the daily traffic jam of Sao Paulo. The quality of the room is really good for business stay. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. On the other hand breakfast area is small and most of the times too crowded. Also room's window where not firming well so in winter room is a bit chilly.

I liked the fact that the metro was a blockaway. Impeccable hotel. Good breakfast.

We stayed as a family of four in one of the double bedroom suites. It was clean, roomy and welcoming. Excellent breakfast included. Very helpful staff. Two minutes to walk to Paraiso for transit. Safe area. We would go back.

Is a little hotel . Clean with Good services, godo wifi, near subway station
