Stayed here for 5 days with my boyfriend. We loved staying here. It is not a gay hotel, but definitely gay-friendly. It is cute and comfortable. But what makes it special is the staff. They made our stay amazing. Especially Chica, who kindly helped us with so many things on our first visit to Florianopolis. Be sure to rent a car, because you MUST have one on the island. Fantastic place. We can't wait to go back.

The hotel exceded our expectations in every way possible. The locations is very good, located in the quieter south region of the island, although I highly recommend a car for realistic, affordable exploration of the island. It is walking distance to Campeche beach which is beautiful. The room was spacious, clean with tile floor, has a balcony with a hammock, and the bathroom was spacious as well. No phone in the room but that was irrelevant for me. The breakfast was one of the better ones I've had. They have a pool which was nice and a garden area to sit, read or relax in the evenings. Everything was very nice. The guy at the hotel desk (I think his name was Alex) was the most helpful, obliging person I have ever encountered in the hotel business. He insisted on making reservations for us and contacting people for us about tours/car rental (we don't speak portuguese.) I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing, clean hotel with an excellent staff.

The hotel is old and the water has some smell. It seems that they only have people from 8 am. So we did not get any help with luggage in the morning before we left. There’s also mosquitoes in the room and the bathroom is cold and no heat. It’s way over priced for the quality of the hotel. The staff is friendly.

The hotel is located at the middle of nowhere, to go to the city you have to use 3 buses and without Portugal language you cannot use it. Taxi is expensive. The room do not have telephone and you are not able to have a cap of tea in the room any time of your stay. There is no any cafe around to have your dinner or lunch, you have to privide yourself getting food from supermarket in the city but not able to cook it in the room. Only one person can speak English and by chance you can find him during the day. The room is clean but with very basic and simple condition.

Equipe maravilhosa. Tivemos problemas com o carro, e eles se prontificaram e nos ajudaram. Conseguiram um bolo para fazer uma surpresa para a aniversariante, foi maravilhoso. Cafe da manha mto bom, emprestimo de cadeiras e guarda sol foi uma comodidade mto boa.

A equipe é atenciosa e me deu várias indicações de restaurantes/bares e de motoristas para traslado/passeio. A acomodação é ampla e a pousada é bem silenciosa, ótima para descanso. A pousada fica bem próxima à passarela de acesso à praia.

Gostei muito da pousada, é um ambiente aconchegante e os funcionários são muito prestativos. O quarto que fiquei era bem aconchegante, cama e chuveiro bons, e a parte externa da pousada - jardim e piscina, são muito bonitos. Uma pena a piscina não possuir aquecimento, não foi possível utilizá-la porque estava muito frio... O acesso à praia é muito fácil e próximo, e a pousada é muito bem localizada.

A despeito da grande simpatia do atendimento, os valores cobrados não são absolutamente nada compatíveis com o que é oferecido pela Pousada. Os quartos não são ruins mas são escuros e possuem uma janela para um corredor de passagem, sem privacidade. O banheiro é antigo, precisando de um bom upgrade. As tomadas são antigas, ainda duplas. Consegui um adaptador na recepção graças à boa vontade e simpatia dos funcionários. Surpreendentemente, não me pareciam estar preparados nem muito preocupados com relação a este aspecto. Possui um jardim bem cuidado mas falta uma área social protegida do tempo que possa ser usufruída pelos hóspedes. Café da manhã OK. Nada de mais. Piscina mais bonita nas fotos do que na realidade...Enfim...a pousada não tem nada de excepcional, nem de muito boa como registrado em diversos testemunhos. Acho sinceramente que fica bem longe disso ! O preço é salgado e não há uma contraprestação em estrutura e serviços à altura.

Nossa estadia foi agradável, pessoal da pousada super simpático e prestativo. O café da manhã, completo, 4 tipo de pães, 2 bolinhos, frutas... e nos 2 dias tinha uma ou outra coisinha diferente. Nesse período de pandemia, estão agendando horário para o café, achei OK, assim não fica muito cheio.
Só o chuveiro é um pouco fraco, dá umas falhadas durante o banho
Não é muito perto da praia, tem que ir de carro caso você for levar cadeira/guarda-sol.
Perto de vários restaurantes e o hotel também sugere os restaurantes que são pertos ( muitos são menos de 10min de caminhada).
Recomendo a pousada.
Além do mais é pet friendly.
