Terrible mattress. I had to use the duvet under the bedsheets to be able to sleep. I could feel the springs. Also the room was facing the lift and every one coming late or leaving early was talking outside but seems they were inside our room.

Friendly staff. Cold/warm water in the shower. Terrible mattress. Tiny elevators that work/no work.tv with 3 channels.pretty good location with a 30 min walking to plenty good pubs. Breakfast I gave up on the second day and didn’t take anymore after I tried a watermelon tasting cigarette smoking. Terrible WiFi connection in the third floor. As we don’t stay in the room that much, we didn’t change hotels but I wouldn’t book again.

Too much noise early, the windows need to be noise proof…the bedroom leak water on the floor

It is very well located, the breakfast was good and free, and the air conditioner worked fine. The only drawback was the mold smell in the room, but after leaving the window open for a while, it improved.

Old building not well maintained. Paint is peeling the hallways are dark and mildew-y. You get begged for money by homeless the instant you walk out the door, terrible area. Your key card demagnetizes every single day so you have to check back in, every day, even if you paid. I did.not complete the full stay and they wouldnt refund or fix any problems.

The hotel is old, I stayed there more than 12 years ago, and when it was a different brand it was better.

Mattress were broken and uncomfortable. We could hear our neighbor using the bathroom

This hotel is well located in the center of Curitiba in a beautiful street what makes harder to stay in this hotel because the change of view when you enter into the hotel seems like you are entering into another reality. Don't waste your time and go to another place. The hotel is dirty with stained floor everywhere and furniture like you get at the curb in poor neighborhoods. The room was clean. We couldn't close tge window because it was suffocating hot and ac was non- existent. Mosquitoes swarmed inside and you got the picture. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the local but the place didn't give me appetite. We made a point if taking picture in the deceiving balcony, only place worthy of guests.

O hotel é um prédio antigo,os quartos são bem antigos,os funcionários são maravilhosos,estava bem limpo. A única coisa que nos incomodou foi que o quarto estava com um cheiro ruim,mas nada que atrapalhasse a estádia. O café da manhã é maravilhoso,com bastante variedade. Fica em um local de fácil acesso a vários pontos da cidade,bem localizado.

Hotel localizado no centro, com muitas lojas ao redor. Equipe de funcionários muito solicita e acolhedora.

Rapaz da portaria Israel super cordial e educado e moça loira da recepção. Ambos com idade na realidade e uma educação incrível. O quarto estava limpo e organizado. Local ! Voltarei mais vezes

A equipe é boa, o café da manhã razoável. O quarto dsix a desejar.. de5 nootes, só 2 foram ckm lençol que pegava a cama toda, logo o lençol soltava antes mesmo de dormimos... tinha um tufo de cabelo no box do banheiro, que relatei, no primeiro dia, e continuou Lá até sairmos... de rresto a estadia foi boa.

Logo no check in houve um problema com as datas. Mostrei à recepcionista os dados de reserva e confirmação e ela prontamente resolveu tudo. Essa recepcionista, Gabrieli Moraes, foi muito tranquila, gentil e solícita, além de efetiva para nos atender e resolver a questão. Também providenciou prontamente que entregassem travesseiros a mais que solicitei. As acomodações eram conforme anunciadas. O quarto era confortável e limpo, porém havia um vazamento que molhava o chão do banheiro a cada acionamento da descarga. O chuveiro também não esquentava muito, o que não foi pior por estarmos em período de calor, porém seria um ponto a melhorar. O wi-fi do hotel era muito insuficiente, acabei usando apenas meus dados. O café-da-manhã era gostoso e bem servido. Não há estacionamento próprio, é referenciado um que fica a cerca de duas quadras, o que pode ser problemático com malas e crianças. O entorno do hotel é muito bom e bonito. Tem tudo em volta.
