Muito bom

Quarto triplo com bom tamanho, a cama auxiliar achei fraquinha e ficava na sala. Bom café da manhã e atendentes prestativos.

Comimos muy bien en el restaurant.

Nice beachfront hotel with an excellent breakfast. Beach access and pool were great. Nice area of town that felt safe. A little disappointed that I booked a room for 3 people but forgot to indicated 3 people would be coming - so they had to charge me more even though it slept 3.

fiquei no carnaval de 2025, talvez por ser alta temporada paguei um valor bem elevado, acredito que fora de alta temporada tenha um preco mais justo, pq se o preco for esse que paguei acho que nao vale pelo que oferecem. Mas o hotel é bom, pelo que vi é um dos melhores da praia dos ingleses, ,meia pensao vale a pena a comida e otima, a academia precisa de novos equipamentos urgentemente.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with this hotel. The first room we got was very dirty. Bed sheets had make up on in, dark stains, the floor had stains with dirty on it, cups had lipstick on it. It was poorly maintained with broken cabinets. The only plus, was that after we complained about this issues, we were moved to a clean room.

Nice hotel. Was under repairs but otherwise had an enjoyable stay.

Perfect place by the beach to relax! The most lace is super clean and very well maintained! The staff is amazing ! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay !

The hotel is quite nice. Simple but a fair cost.

We stayed at Ingleses Acquamar for four days on our way to Porto Alegre. We are Americans fluent in Portugese and Spanish, and had heard that Florianopolis was a lovely resort, and Acquamar was on Pria Ingleses, the best beach in the area. The beach is nice, but not among the top fifty in the world. The hotel is new, and most things still work, but it is deteriorating rapidly. The breakfasts are excellent, and the other meals are nice; the pools are large and comfortable, and the gyms, playgrounds, and beach access are also excellent. That said, it is a hotel designed and best for Brazilian middle-class families. The staff is bureaucratic, the single elevator makes waits quite long, and the maintenance is primitive (no glasses in room, and none provided after request; hall light out, not fixed during our stay; toilet tank took 1/2 hour to fill; etc.). The hotel has absolutely no foliage; everything is stark concrete. The service required by an international traveler--e.g., assistance with ATM card--was non-existent. As stated, a nice hotel for Brazilian families, but not for international travelers. Amazingly, a neighboring hotel (Costa Norte) was much more elegant, sophisticated, and cheaper!

Localização incrivel, limpeza impecável e otimo cafe da manhã

Atendimento deixou a desejar, no restaurante do hotel a comida não estava boa, pedi um cevice, não consegui comer, gosto ruim, em seguida pedi uma massa com mignon, toda gordurosa sem sabor, a atendente não se importou e nem prestou um bom atendimento, a Tv do quarto não estava funcionando, ligamos na recepção e disseram que não poderiam ajudar, já nos hospedamos outras vezes, mas dessa vez foi péssimo, não desejamos voltar novamente

Adoramos, o quarto é grande, o café da manhã é muito bom e o hotel fica pé na areia.

Quarto limpo, porém vaso sanitário colado na parede , horrível posição, porta abre em cia do vaso sanitário . Quarto casal com cama de solteiro . Café excelente
