Hotel itself is nice. There is construction going on all around it that takes away from the immediate beauty of the surroundings. Pool is great, views are amazing of the Amazon River and beach. The neighborhood is the ritziest in Manaus and very safe to walk or jog in day or night. WiFi for the first time (I have stayed here a dozen times) was slow to non-operational. Key card would not work and had to be reprogrammed 3 days out of the 5 I stayed there. I would definitely return!

Room was clean and breakfast was wonderful. But the elevators did not work well and the reception area was always overcrowded. There were also no amenities like a little snack and general amenities like pain medication and shaving cream to buy easily. Coffee in the room would be nice.

Hotel got an excellent location. Gate to access is only one way out with people coming in and out . Traffic becomes jammed . Room door couldn’t lock . Even when I try harder. So only card lock . Room as clear. And good. Internet was good too. I travel a lot and any hotel in US or Europe they serve 2 waters per day stay for free. But here they charge $7 for one 16oz I consumed . Not happy
Probably it cost them .50c for the bottle. That alone was a do not

No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings.
With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying after so many times.
The staff was nice, but i definitely would've preferred another place.

Hotel extremely outdated. Room was nasty, shower door looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Restaurant is terrible, service sucks. Breakfast food was like it was the same food from prior days. The cheese bread surely was expired, tasted old/past due. Nightstands had no handles, just the screw sticking out. Had to reactivate room key 2x. Hallways smell, outdoor pool..NASTY. Do not get fooled by the pictures online. It looks NOTHING like it. One of the elevators was broken..I can go on and on...Stay away! You've been warned.

Overall experience was very positive. However, management was completely inflexible in negotiating a last minute situation (partial refund or anything else). Also, lots of construction happening in the facility and around. Sauna needs to be booked in advance and privately for no reason (it can accommodate 10 people or more).

This is a nice hotel but its showing it's age. However it has excellent views and is located in the rich neighborhood in Manaus. The pool also has amazing views. The elevators take forever and one elevator is down, you could wait 5 minutes for an elevator if its busy. Overall its a good place to stay for a couple days.

The hotel is located in a safe area, and we enjoyed the view from our room. However, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The glass in the shower was noticeably dirty, and the bedroom had a worn and outdated appearance. With a bit more attention to maintenance and cleanliness, it could be a much better experience.
