This boutique hotel was very comfortable to stay in and the staff was really friendly and responsive to your needs! Was able to get upgraded to a suite room and it was so cute and artistic! It is about 15-20 minutes away (walking and public transportation) from the main tourist sites and areas and we do not mind! Overall wonderful stay here and would totally recommend!

There was not a breakfast provided. When I asked they said I did not sign up for one??

Everything is magnificent in this hotel. You will enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive to the lobby. Great staff and excellent restaurant! The food tastes like your in Napoli! 😁💯

The hotel is lovely with a unique design. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they upgraded me :) Loved the penthouse!! Also the location is very central. I'd love to come back.

The room was great and clean and the front desk was very helpful. Although There is no parking in the area near by(at all) and it’s 20 min walk from city center

Comfortable & quiet

*Wonderful Stay in a Quiet and Stylish Hotel* ✨ The hotel is located on a peaceful street, just a short 6-minute walk from the metro station. The surrounding area is vibrant, with plenty of great bars and restaurants to explore. Initially, I booked a room on the first floor, which was a bit too close to the reception and had windows facing the restaurant. Fortunately, the staff kindly helped us switch to a suite on the third floor—and it was perfect! The room was quiet, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was served directly in the room, which added a lovely touch to the experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended

Friendly welcoming staff. I felt genuinely appreciated as a guest. They went out of their way to male sure I was comfortable, and provided great directions and hints for local dining and siteseeing.

This was my second stay. It was so nice to be greeted and welcomed back. The staff recognized me as I walked through the front door! The room was perfectly prepared to my preferences. The staff was incredibly helpful in organizing taxis and directions to a coffee place and a local restaurant. This is my new favorite hotel in Sofia.

This is a beautiful and unique hotel! Great location, quiet, excellent service. Each apartment is unique and beautifully furnished. The AC and coffee maker worked great.

The stay was fantastic. Although we did not get the room we had selected when booking, we got something a bit more accommodating. We stayed in the fairytale suite. It was spacious, appointed with curious details and it was beyond comfortable. We had a car with us and had no problem with parking as we stayed on a Sunday and a holiday Monday. Weekday parking may be a headache, but the front staff are more than helpful to guide you in the right direction. The location was perfect, walking distance to all of Sofia's major hot spots and to excellent food options. The area is also very quiet . I would stay here again if I found myself back in Sofia. Highly recommend if you’re into something unique.

Superb spacious rooms with huge comfy bed and awesome bathroom

Our main concern was safety and the hotel’s staff disregard for it. The front desk is not staffed 24 hours. We knew this. They assured us we could contact someone if necessary; that a phone number would be posted on the front door. One night, our key cards would not unlock our room. No phone number was posted. We frantically searched the front desk area and found two numbers to call. Neither answered. Other guests overheard the commotion and offered to help. One had a different number to contact. No response. Another took our key cards to ensure they didn’t work; they didn’t. We were very upset. There was a call button in the elevator. An elevator repair person answered it. He could only help if we were stuck in the elevator; he had no access to the rooms. We insisted he had to do something. He had two numbers he could call for us. No answer. He then suggested we search the front desk area for a Master Key card. After desperately searching we found it and got into our room. However, it was clear that ANY determined person could have found the Master key putting guests at risk. The whole ordeal took about an hour. We decided to leave a day early. The front desk clerk contacted the manager who refused to give us a refund. We asked to talk directly with the manager and he refused to directly talk with us and would only communicate through the front desk attendant. We left.

A great hotel to stay at in the center of Sofia. Recent renovation is very nice. Room was very clean, had all amenities, many different eating options within walking distance. Breakfast selection is quite limited and not flexible. I'd gladly return to the hotel on future visits.
