Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast every morning of my stay. Good swimming pool. Staff at all levels are very friendly and helpful and any minor problems are resolved promptly. Conscientious maid who cleaned my room diligently. Cannot find fault with this hotel and hope to stay again soon.

Overall pleasant overnight stay. Staff were welcoming upon arrival and let me store my luggage and use the pool before check in time. My room was available early and I was grateful to be able to check in at around 10:30am. Very central in a busy market area and great food options, walking distance to most places and Tuk Tuks available outside. I was in a rush and didn’t get to experience the full breakfast offerings but looks like there was a good choice. Only one lift covering 12 floors is a bit inconvenient and you can be waiting a while but otherwise not bad. The building is a bit dated and don’t expect anything super fancy, but I had a great stay. Thank you :)

The room was okay, but the second day I called downstairs.And asked him why there wasn't no hot water.They said because it was raining outside they didn't even try to figure it out.They said, just try again tomorrow.Maybe it won't be raining

The front desk staff were very helpful. Lucky, the hotel Tuk-Tuk driver was friendly and dependable. Mr Hong and other staff in the breakfast and pool areas were kind, helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming.

We booked , paid in advance with our credit card but when we got there , the front desk told us there was no such reservation. There were plenty of rooms available, he had to pay twice as much to stay there. We were on the chat line with Super.com for quite sometime, I think they reached out to the hotel but, the manager would not try anything in our favor besides telling us to pay if we must stay there. So we did, price was twice as much as when we booked online. The that was given to us was noisy, we could hear doors closing and opening when in use. The noise from the bathrooms from around us were loud as if they were sharing with us. We were stranded, had no choice. I will never go back there again. Manager was rude and the hotel was rundown. Bugs everywhere in the room and we smelled the insect repellent that they use. Terrible experience, we had to pay for 3 nights but we forfeited 2 nights, we only stayed there one night and found different hotel about a mile from there, we moved to different hotel the next day. We asked if wr can get the Refund of the 2 nights we hadn’t used, just as I thought, you paid you don’t use it, you lose it!!! So, if anyone wants to go there, just be careful!!! I will not recommend to anyone
