Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. We were given breakfast vouchers for Ricki’s which is right next door. Parking was convenient. The experience was great and we definitely recommend the Accent Inn in Kelowna.

Great location. Clean room. Delicious breakfast. Dog friendly. We liked that the room location was at the back on ground floor and that we could park right outside of door. Easy with our dog and for unpacking n packing up.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Was worried that room would be noisy but was not. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Room was very clean. Enjoyed breakfast, usually upgraded it but staff there were very accommodating there too.

We booked a room with a kitchen, but upon checking in, we discovered the toilet flush wasn’t working. When we reported the issue, front desk simply handed us a plunger to fix it ourselves. After that failed, we were finally moved to a different room. While the building looks nicely renovated on the surface, the plumbing is clearly outdated. Overall, we were very unsatisfied with our stay.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I also appreciated having both Starbucks and Ricky’s located on the hotel grounds, which made meals and coffee very convenient. One thing that stood out was the presence of a security guard patrolling the parking area at night. Given that I noticed some unhoused individuals in the surrounding area, this added an extra sense of security and peace of mind regarding vehicle safety. The main area for improvement would be the condition of the rooms. The property feels somewhat dated, and I believe removing the carpet and updating the flooring would make a significant difference. The bathrooms are also quite small, and despite having all the lights on, the rooms felt darker than expected. Overall, the service and convenience were excellent, but some updates to the rooms would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Rooms were great, very spacious just lacked lighting but that’s not a big deal at all. Staff was amazing and let us check in extra early, cleaned the room for us. Only “downfall” would be the noise from the highway but it was very manageable. Great property and would recommend !!

Room was nice and clean. Staff were amazingly friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast was a bit poor- pancakes or french toast and sausage or bacon. Pool is very small. Check in and check out was fast and easy with such a great service at the reception desk.

Our room was great - everything was modern and clean and worked very well. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't use the breakfast voucher as it seemed a bit underwhelming (only pancakes or waffles and some kind of meat or veg). Otherwise a great stay, solid sleep.
