This was a great stay! Everyone was really nice and it was super clean everywhere. It was a great experience. Nice bed with an extra cushion on top. Friendly staff and overall a positive environment.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely small and felt cramped, making it uncomfortable for even a short visit. Basic amenities were missing — there wasn’t even a drinking cup provided, which is something you expect as a standard.
To make matters worse, the heater was not working, which made the stay very uncomfortable. There was also no elevator, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage.
The most frustrating part of the experience was the management. They were unhelpful and came across as rude when concerns were raised, which made the situation even worse.
Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

AVOID! This inn is not an actual inn. There is no check in desk or staff when you arrive. It is NOT clearly indicated that guests need to contact the property owner before arrival to coordinate arrival and receipt of keys. Upon arrival and phoning the property to request a check in via voice mail no one ever returned the call. There was a very loud pub on the ground floor so it was probably for the best that the property decided not to allow us to check in. I suppose if you don’t answer the voicemail and don’t allow your guests to check in when they arrive the facility makes all kinds of money as the payment was definitely taken and then there’s no housekeeping services to be paid. I’m not sure how this property is even eligible to be represented by hotels.com.

I was injured and unable to check in but since I purchased cancellation insurance you would think it would be ok but unfortunately that isn’t the case. Turns out the money you spend on insurance is a total waste of time because they will find a way not to reimburse you. :(

Very confusing check in as the buildings priority is the bar and with 3-4 pm check in times there is often a long wait to talk to anyone as the servers are also taking care of hotel check ins.
The rooms are horribly dated and in disrepair. Issues with cleanliness, shower unclean, previous guests hair on shower walls, no idea what was sanitized and what was not. Place may had some charm long ago, but those days are long passed and forgotten. It is a shame as the exterior has charm and appeal.

My wasn't clean at all, washroom flor with shaving foam dried on the floor. Toilet disgustingly dirty. Look like months with no cleaning. Flosing thing on the floor. Cookies from previous occupation. Towel with dry shaving foam folded as clean. Nasty I'd say.

This is a stab shack. If you have no association with such activities then steer clear, now if you are about that life then this is probably a perfect drug den. Woman and children should not be left unattended. The rooms walls being covered in semen is one thing but the indicators that the door has been kicked in made it that much worse. Booked two nights and only managed to survive the one before just sleeping in my car in some random parking lot. The owner is up to something real bad.

The room was not cleaned. The staff downstairs was wonderful. They said they couldn’t refund but the owner will and I never heard back from him after phone calls and texts. Don’t stay here. I’m fine with run down but not cleaned is different. Showing some photos but there’s more plus a video.
