The receptionist was incredibly helpful during my stay. On the day of my checkout, I had an unexpected itinerary issue, and she went out of her way to help me find a solution. Les tapis sont sales. Ils devraient même être changés. Forte odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain. Le revêtement de plancher de la salle de bain devrait être changé il est usé. Dans nos deux jours, on a pas changé nos serviettes. Le lit pas refait le tapis d’escalier qui nous amène au deuxième étage est déchiré … sale… dégoûtant.

L'insonorisation est très déficiente. nous entendions le client de la chambre voisine tousser, éternuer, se laver, son réveil matin qui sonne. Très désagréable pour dormir. Le déjeuner était intéressant.

J'ai aimé le prix et l'emplacement. C'était propre ne général. Toutefois, j'étais déçu de l'état du tapis dans la chambre, dans les marches et dans les corridors. Il y avait de grosses taches et ce n'était pas agréable. Ils doivent être remplacés.

Over well the stay was great , I think the rooms need a bit of renovations and upgrades , in the room I was in the washroom needed some better caulking, and the towel rack was almost ripped off the wall , my sister-in-law was in a room on the second floor , which had carpet in it. She had to keep her shoes on because there was so many stains on the carpet that was very noticeable.

La tranquilliser et aucun bruit même si l'hôtel près de l'autoroute climatisation parfait et le déjeuner complet personnel très dévouer qui rempli au fure et à mesure pour manquer de rien le personnel est très bien et accueillant
