I didnt like there where no hot water in the morning and my other partner ad to switch rooms cause someone was slepping in there room

Better than expected

Surrounding..

bed frame noisy when you change positions, box spring noise. and uncomfortable, old mattress.

Last minute sleepover. It was good except that the room has carpet flooring (my wife is allergic) and the tub is very small. Other than that, all good.

Breakfast was not available but overall good

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel.

Stoneham Condos & Hotel...beautiful spot. Quiet country area (like where I'm from) with beautiful views of the mountains. Pool was pretty much empty so the kids could enjoy it without a ton of people in it...so it was almost like having your own pool. Only 20 mins from the main waterpark, with a quiet country drive to it. Couldn't beat it. It was an excellent stay!

Amazing

We’re from a place with no real hills, so the drive and the surrounding area were truly impressive. We really enjoyed that part of the experience. Unfortunately, the hotel room didn’t have a sliding door or window that could be opened for fresh air. There was no proper air conditioning either—just a single fan coil that circulated the indoor air. The sliding door to the French juliet was screwed shut, so it couldn’t be opened at all. A more serious concern was the room’s key card door. It was broken and could be opened from the outside just by sliding the handle down—no key or card needed. I reported the issue to the front desk. They mentioned the same problem had occurred with this room just a few days earlier and that it had supposedly been fixed. However, we experienced the exact same issue, which suggests it was never properly resolved. They also mentioned that this room is typically only used when no other options are available. This made us feel quite unsafe. We had to rely on the door guard to secure the room while we slept.
