I liked everything. The space was way way bigger than advertised and would easily have slept 8-10 people. They did everything they could to make sure it was a pleasant trip. Very much thanks. I will definitely be staying there every time I visit MSA!

Our only complaint was the pool closed early (5pm) on Sunday which made our after biking soak not possible.

I had to make my own bed. The mattress on the Murphy Bed was barely enough to say I wasn’t sleeping on the wood base of the Murphy Bed.

The Bed was so uncomfortable. I saw this complaint and was thinking of canceling but then figured everyone is different so I would give them a try. I was very disappointed and had to pay for an other hotel for the rest of my trip.

The bathtub and hot tub were not very clean. The dishwasher was not empty. No flat sheet for the bed. Also the tv was not set up. I had to set up the Roku myself.

This could be a great spot if they spent some money maintaining it. The sauna wasn’t working, the hot tub unclean and generally the facilities need some renovations to bring them i to the 21st century. Our unit was satisfactory but the place needs some TLC, given that we’re being sold a place with a pool and other attractive amenities that are dysfunctional.

Really not worth the price: we froze for 4 days; the free WI-FI was not working in the room, it was only available in the lobby; the coffee cups were stained; there were no oven mitts; the sheets were clean but old and thin; food and an eyeliner were found under the sofa cushions; no salt, pepper or sugar provided (they consider it as a condiment). We really regretted renting there.

By the time we arrived there was no one at reception though it was anticipated but the main issue was there was no wifi working in the room and we didn't have enough pillows for the number of guests we had to wait till next morning to ask for a pillow. The wifi didn't work the whole duration of stay even after multiple complains.

When you look up Condos Val Des Neiges it gives a different address and shows a different property, the much newer condos next door. My air conditioner was broken, the toilet was dirty, the room smelled of sulpher upon entry, the staff was unhelpful when these matters were brought up. We also had light bulbs out in the room, water damage and broken trim in the bathroom, peeling paint, and a tiny tv that barely worked.
