Very peaceful resort - area is wonderful get away in the mountains. Well equipped condo - highly recommend

Great place to stay with family

The listing was not true. The posting listed parking and then there was no parking. The site General Manager was unreasonable and extremely unprofessional.

Had some issues with the coffee makers. Owners had it solved within a few hours. Easy to communicate with, very easy to check in. Great location for us. Kids had a blast with the bunk beds. Kitchen was perfect for our family of 4 for breakfast and dinners on a ski trip. Would absolutely stay again!

We could not have asked for a nicer place to call home for our New Year holiday. It was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and a perfect location.

Lovely stay. Only concern was codes to access areas were not working with exception to code to unit directly

This was a a nice basic condo. Had everything we needed area was quiet and safe. Was a bit of a drive to Banff and lake Louise but being just off the highway the drive wasn’t too bad.

The instructions regarding parking was not up to date. The front desk does not register your vehicle license plate. The parking pass was not on the desk in the unit. The refrigerator had food from previous tenant. Very nice unit and very comfortable and quiet.

room is clean and comfortable. However, the sofa bed was broken, even it was fixed, but, that is not a good experience after a late check in. When you are tired, but, still need to address it with the owner. This kind situation should checked by owner before guests check in.

Great location in the Rocky Mountains. Quiet and perfect size for family get together. Condos are well stocked with everything you need. HOWEVER the parking rules are useless. Followed the instructions but have parking tickets that are close to $100 Crazy..

Location is fabulous! There is a Beautiful hiking trail just behind the units down to the river. The hot tub and bbqs were in fabulous condition. A gorgeous view overlooking the mountains. Everything we needed to cook was in the unit, loved the washer/dryer in the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here!!

good: nice kitchen with tons of appliance. dishwasher & laundry detergent include. bad: wrong passcode to enter building. can opener broke first night and no response on inquire for a replacment. looks clean at first glance, but theres garbage between the bed and wall, dust in the laundry room

This property is excellent for shopping close by the town in Canmore. You got everything you need in the apartment. Just feel like home. Very convenient for the stay when you visit the mountains. I will go back whenever I visit Banff again.

Copperstone Resort is a very nice and comfortable condo complex. Very easy to find off the highway and even easier to access. The underground parking makes life so much easier especially when the weather turns bad. The unit itself was very nice, clean and modern. The only issue was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke from the previous occupant but that slowly dissipated over several days of airing the unit out. The gym and hot tub were small but welcoming. The unit was quite spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds. The main bed was medium-firm and very comfortable. The views of the mountain out the windows and open-air balcony were amazing. Loved our stay and would definitely go back again.

Comfort was terrible for first 12 hrs as the "care staff" had left the suite at 2C (35F) so I needed to warm the suite before i could enjoy it. Others in the complex had similar issues, except theirs was at 6C. Now I understand the desire to minimise heating expenses so I do understand the desire to leave an unrented suite at as a low a temperature as possible. BUT 2C is a criminal and potentyially dangerous temperature to leave an unused suite at. The Week previous Alberta had been experiencing record low temperatures, which lasted for approx a week, and if the building had seen even lower temperatures there could have been the risk of pipes freezing in the suite. I thought 2C was just too low. I will accept leaving a suite at 10C BUT NOT 2C. I spent the first night wrapped up and shivering for a bit before I fell asleep. I was very grateful to see, in the morning, that suite temperature had reached 20C - whereupon I reduced the thermostat to 18C - a much more liveable temperature. Overall the suite had everything I needed (except the shock of extremely low temperatures), it was clean, nice and had all of the amenities I needed. So, I would have provided a very decent score except for the temperature of the suite when I opened the door.
